Wait, wouldn't that be equity then? Cause the way I see it, is that equality is simply giving people the exact same opportunities, and if they fail or fall behind, that's on them to fix. equity however is about making sure that people can arrive at the same end point with the same success. I find that this image explains what I'm trying to get at very well.
