3	guys in their late 20's early 30's. How do you do with younger ladies? If you're content and do a baseline level of socialising, i.e chat to people at work, have a hobby or two where you socialise, a group of friends that do activities or hangouts with, talk casually to strangers; eventually with enough exposure to enough people, you'll meet girls that want to spend more time with you. 2	Does she (37F) actually want something to happen at the Christmas Party, or am I (33M) delulu? I hear you but I think you're being a little emotional. To your point, if he feels like escalating, he definitely should, the green flags couldn't be greener, but the escalating is probably not him being himself(but it should be). Getting out of his comfort zone will be great. So your advice is good there, but when he escalates he should do it still close to his natural self.
