Rightfully so. I chime in here occasionally when they have a justified double standard call-out, otherwise I pop in occasionally to chastise the new incel sexist virgins.

OP is an arrogant twat who clearly has a thing against women. Calling her a slut was incredibly telling.

You are correct and u/Drewsef916 is too arrogant to concede. You absolutely do not need the victim to allege rape in order for the police to bring a rape claim. That said, I don't know what happened in this specific scenario.

This sub has gotten so fucking toxic over the past couple of years. It's gone from "let's call out double standards," to "we hate women." It's fucking pathetic.

I just explained to the fool above. Maybe you should read what I said and actually learn a bit about how things work before passing yourself off as knowledgeable. You are why stupid spreads in the world.

Again, the judge didn’t dismiss anything. The judge recommended arbitration. Confidential arbitration. This is common in a civil rape case when lurid details may hurt the accused or accuser, and to save court time. A judge can recommend this or mediation for any number of reasons. A judge only “dismisses” a case when he makes a finding on the merits (meaning the judge determines the law or facts aren’t sufficient). Here, the judge is just saying that justice would be as easily served in confiden…

This is literally the same case moved to a federal court Different case, same facts muppet federal court dismissed it Again you’re lying. Read the case. She dismissed it moron. You obviously don’t know how to read or how a dismissal works. A federal court judge doesn’t dismiss a case. Only the plaintiff or defendant can. Here, the PLAINTIFF dismissed her own case, the defendant didn’t move for dismissal . Meaning the judge didn’t decide the merits of the case.

Yeah this article is old Meaning you are talking about he wrong case idiot. No humidity in defeat eh? There are new developments Which say the judge RECOMMENDED arbitration. Which is very common. She still voluntarily dismissed idiot.

My source is the article you muppet. It says she filed a VOLUNTARY dismissal. And you appear to be mixing up this lawsuit with the one that is as subsequently filed. Pay attention little buddy.

Read the name of the sub. That is not what this sub is. It’s about women who use their female card to get an out. Plus, you have literally no evidence she is an “asshole.” Fuck man, how sad is your life that you just want to hate on women for being women?
/r/PussyPassDenied08/02/20 05:17 AM

Da fuck wrong with you? This does not belong here. The case was VOLUNTARILY dismissed - she chose to dismiss it. And you have no evidence either way as to what happened. Ronaldo literally paid her $200K to shut up in 2009, which frankly suggests something went wrong. Seriously man, this sub should not be about hating women. Cop the fuck on.

I'll explain this to you using words with two syllables or less. Person is on the 'gram to get upvotes, and then use those upvotes to get money. Person can be man or woman. Sex of person does not matter as to their goal which is the same in the case of a man or woman - to trade upvotes for cash.

This is TOTAL horseshit ... influencers, male and female, do this kinda shit. What planet are you on man. PPD should be only for situations where women are trying to play a gender card to get something they aren't entitled to. Don't be so sexist as to assume only women play this card - you think Logan Paul doesn't play this fucking card all the time? Folk like you are what make PPD get a reputation for being sexist women haters.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/01/20 06:48 PM

I guess I'm kinda confused. It looks like some woman went to attack her, and then the officers restrained the former judge sort of aggressively (certainly didn't seem like the former judge did anything), and I think she went limp either in protest or to make sure they didn't get her on resisting arrest. Otherwise I'm not really understanding her play here.

What makes you think they don't punish false accusers? The problem is that just as it's very hard to show someone sexually assaulted you, it's also hard to show there was a false accuser. So what's your evidence to show false accusers don't get punished? As for due process, due process is a LEGAL term. Show me evidence that the accused don't receive due process in a legal proceeding? And if you meant in a social context, due process doesn't exist for ANYONE in a social context.

Such a stupid statement. I'm a man, so I could be one one of those falsely accused victims. I care, but not enough to further victimize the victims of sexual assault. I challenge you to state SPECIFICALLY what measures you would take to prevent false allegations. Go -

Dude I think you're just misinformed. The majority of people aren't tested like they are guilty and are not fired. If you have STATS showing that then please show me. Shit, Clinton, Trump and Kavanaugh are proof of the opposite. You're buying into scare tactics. Plus your issue isn't with anything the victim can control. Folk may treat they accused suspiciously but that's natural - it takes big balls for a woman to come forward and lie so folk naturally give credibility to the accuser.
/r/PussyPassDenied01/10/18 04:06 PM
1

You don't think what you're dying is nonsense and I trust that. So let me call you out more specifically. Please tell me SPECIFICALLY what you would like changed? Because fundamentally here is the issue - sexual assault happens in private so it will always be a he said she said thing. And that sucks but that's reality. And given that there are way more victims of sexual assault than victims of false charges I'm not sure why we are feeling so outraged for the latter and not the former.
/r/PussyPassDenied01/10/18 03:55 PM

Dude. For every false accusation there are DOZENS of real assaults and DOZENS of women who are shamed into keeping their assault private. This sub can be fun sometimes but my god it can be downright hateful at other times. If we have to err in one direction it should be to protect the most victims not the least.

Stop. Reason and THINK. You are being overly emotional. Clearly I do not think her hissy for is okay. Review my other comments - NOTHING in what I said suggests I think what she did was okay. Also you'll not based on my old comments that I am NOT saying Williams is RIGHT. So I don't have stats to support her because I'm not saying she is right. All I'm saying is that the stats in the article do NOT prove that she is wrong. Jesus man. READ CAREFULLY.
/r/PussyPassDenied16/09/18 03:10 PM

No, of women are penalized more for less, you would NOT necessarily see more fines for women. Because frankly we have no idea if men act out more than women. One of the key stats in the article that suggest men DO get more angry is the racket violation stat. When you break a racket you almost always get a violation point. It's hard to mistake and easy to consistent enforce. Notice that men break rackets SO MUCH MORE than women. It suggests maybe that men are jus more aggressive and volatile on t…

I didn't address her behavior. Nor did I defend it. You are arguing a point I never made. Weird of you to do so. My point was simple - this article does nothing to disprove William's assertion which was that women are penalized for less abusive behavior than men on average. As for your evidence, you're right, I don't care. I don't care because anecdotal evidence is literally useless. Your anecdotal evidence is as stupid as her single example. That's why I said you need a statistical analysis loo…

You don't understand what she was complaining about then. It's not complicated. She was saying women get penalized based on a lower threshold. The stats in this article prove nothing.
/r/PussyPassDenied16/09/18 08:51 AM
-14

This is a stupid article and proves nothing and shouldn't be on this sub. Williams didn't claim women got penalized more, she said women got penalized for doing less. The figures in this article have literally nothing to do with her claim. Show me stats showing the number of men and women who called a ref a thief and show how many were penalized. THAT is what you need. Sorry but can we not simply post women-hating stuff in here? This sub isn't about that. Let's be rational folk.

/r/PussyPassDenied11/09/18 02:02 AM
2

Oh, got it. I see what you're arguing. I may have misunderstood you. As for the issue as you phrased it, there is controversy on it. I believe that official rule says "communication between" which some folk take to mean the player MUST see it to count. But others say only the coach has to be doing it. So it's actually a controversy that I can't weigh in on definitively. Again I misunderstood what you were arguing. Sorry -
/r/PussyPassDenied11/09/18 12:29 AM
1

Jesus mate, you're being intentionally obtuse. No-one disputes "what the rule is." I'm not disputing that the coach broke the rule. The question is, would Ramos have called the coaching violation like that on a man? In my opinion, perhaps. The bigger question then is, would he have penalized a man a point and then a game based on Serena's later conduct. In my opinion, it's a big question.
/r/PussyPassDenied11/09/18 12:00 AM

It's fine. Lots of folk who are pissed off about being told to be more PC are taking this as an opportunity to rip on Serena. It's really fucked up and I can't help but believe it's sexist or racist. Dude. Then don't be stupid. You know there is no data. Now if you play, do you deny that the vast majority of coaches do this? If so, are you suggesting they somehow don't get caught. Seriously, that's your argument ?

Penalty for 1 was a warning - correct. As for 3, you won't find someone use the term "thief" as its so particular. And the real issue here is the cumulative nature of the offense ... warning, point, game ... that is "technically" how the rule works but not how it ever works in practice - you will often see folk get a "soft" warning and then a warning ... and before a game is taken there may be another warning.
/r/PussyPassDenied10/09/18 05:20 PM

Williams got three warnings/code violations: (1) First was for coaching. Williams was pissed for two reasons. First, judges RARELY ever call for this violation even though almost 100% of coaches and players are guilty of it. Second, Williams said she didn't see the coach and the player has to see the coach to be guilty of coaching. Williams was right to be pissed about the first reason, but the second reason was bullshit. For this Williams got a WARNING. (2) Williams then smashed her racket. Thi…

Second, it's fucking hilarious you say, and I'm paraphrasing here "you never said that in this comment chain ... until ... em ... you actually said it way earlier. Jesus, you don't like to admit when you're an idiot. (1) He said she hit him before the video began. (2) She says he detained her three times before the video began. Based on the video alone, we have no sense of timing ... did she hit him AFTER he tried to detain her or did she hit him BEFORE the detentions ... this is a critical question in order to understand who is the victim and who is the asshole .... the video doesn't (despite your protestations otherwise) answer that question ... the arti…

Jesus you're a pain in the arse. I clearly heard him say that she hit him. But if you read the rest of my comments, you also hear in the video that he detained her from entering a taxi three times BEFORE the video began. So when the bouncer says she assaulted him, the viewer is left in the dark as to whether The assault the bouncer references was a result of the three prior detentions (which possibly made the assaults okay), or the result of an earlier incident (which the article makes clear). Ugh, the article gives the context missing in the video. It says that before he video began the woman hit the man. Why argue when you can read and learn mate.

You are SUCH an idiot. The police didn't see thing differently. Read the article you moron. This article provides the context I asked for earlier. My very first post asked for what this article provides and what the video does not provide. Jesus fucking Christ, how the hell do you think this article helps your case? This article simply provides the missing link…

As for hitting, I explained myself. Don't like the explanation, then go cry to your mother. As for wrongful imprisonment, find me cases where bouncers or shop owners are done for it? You'll find three or four examples tops. Again, you speak a lot and know nothing. Just because something is illegal doesn't mean someone is going to prison.
/r/PussyPassDenied25/09/17 12:21 AM
2

Oh that's totally fair. I see how we can see it from that perspective. However, to be very fair she is obviously drunk and a racist, but she also appears to have some wits about her. Her getting made and calling racist names is more understandable if the detention was without reason. I hear hat you infer the reason from her behavior but it's a cart/horse problem. If it's an illegal detention then her behavior isn't all that crazy. And why am I loathe to believe the bouncer? As a former bouncer, …
/r/PussyPassDenied24/09/17 11:03 PM
2

I don't think you're being fair. The word "back" must be read in conjunction with the rest of e sentence. I am clearly saying she is hitting black in response Ron Winn detained. Not that he is hitting her. As for your guess that if it was an illegal detention he would be imprisoned that's not how the real world works. Not being a smart arse, just being a realist.
/r/PussyPassDenied24/09/17 11:01 PM
0

You say that. If you read my original article I was asking for someone to provide context proving that. So while that may be your assumption, what I asked for was context - another video, audio, an article explaining it, a statement from the bouncer. Absent that, it's just your "best guess" which is irrelevant to me. Nice dodge by the way - you totally ignored my question - what point did this article prove. The answer - NONE.
/r/PussyPassDenied24/09/17 09:27 PM
0

You just keep getting more and more adorable. This article says IN he video she throws racial slurs at her and THEN he made a citizens arrest. It says literally nothing about why he was already detaining her. Jesus mate, can you even read. What point do you think this article made? I'm genuinely curious how on earth you think this article helps your argument?
/r/PussyPassDenied24/09/17 09:11 PM
0

Jeez. Do you know nothing. A detention is PRESUMED illegal. The onus is on he detainee to prove it was legal. Here there is nothing on the video to show the detention was legal and no one was able to provide context suggesting it was legal. Ergo - illegal.
/r/PussyPassDenied24/09/17 08:08 PM
0

My argument is not the same thing. Unlike you, who relies on pre-existing events, I am looking at he faces of the video. And the video establishes that the bouncer is trying to prevent the lady from getting in a taxi, period. That is the starting point. She then uses force on the bouncer. According to the laws of all commonwealth nations you are allowed to use force to break yourself from an illegal detention. But of course if you were actually a lawyer you'd know that.
/r/PussyPassDenied24/09/17 07:52 PM
0

Ah, so now your argument has been reduced to "well it could've happened." Good luck in court with that argument counselor. What a joke -
/r/PussyPassDenied24/09/17 06:34 PM
1

You really are disingenuous. You lose on every single argument and instead of admitting that you simply change the argument. How very clever :-/ I never once argued that the hate speech was legal. But the hate speech happened AFTER the illegal detention. I have limited my discussion to two things - her assault and his detention. His detention started BEFORE the gate speech and thus the hate speech can not be used to justify his earlier detention. Now please please please tell me you are a fourte…
/r/PussyPassDenied24/09/17 06:22 PM
1

Are you claiming that she was not in fact denied entrance to the taxi prior to the video? You know, the taxi just to the right of her. You know, the taxi that he does in fact stop her from entering as soon as she goes for it. Jesus, even if you're not a lawyer, your logic skills are piss, piss poor. Her being drunk doesn't cast doubt on the claim that he prevented her from entering the cab when we see the bouncer do precisely that.
/r/PussyPassDenied24/09/17 03:35 PM
1

Wrong. If you listen you also hear she has been prevented from entering the taxi three times before the video began. Thus, one can reasonably assume the physical contact may be related to any one of those three times the bouncer stopper her from leaving. Try again internet lawyer.
/r/PussyPassDenied24/09/17 03:24 PM
1

Oh you are just adorable. Let me explain this to you like you're five. First, the bouncer can make a citizens arrest if he has a reasonable belief she committed a crime. Second, if the bouncer did not have a reasonable belief then he is illegally detaining her. Third, if the bouncer is illegally detaining her then she has a right to act to break that detention. Fourth, because the bouncer is ALREADY detaining her when the video begins, then his reason for detaining her must be justified by her a…

Listen I'm all for calling out shit when it should be called out. But what I see in this video is a bouncer detaining a woman and the woman hitting back. If the woman was a man, I'd say the exact same thing. If that bouncer had no legal right to detain her, then fuck the bouncer.

Assault is assault. 100%. However, I'm simply asking how do we know she assaulted the bouncer without reason. What facts support that. The bouncer is asked several times why she is being restrained and never responds.

Oh you are funny. Your not even a good fake internet lawyer. Buddy, we are told that HE stopper her from getting into the cab three times before the video stopped. As we see later he physically was preventing her from doing so, we can very reasonably assume that is what she meant when she said he had stopped her. Anything she does after that she can claim was do to him illegally detaining her. The ONLY way this is not illegal detention is if he had a right to claim a citizens arrest. The only re…

If she assaulted him prior to the video starting then he has grounds to hold her for the cops. If she assaulted him after the video started his argument to hold her for the cops is much much weaker. He is actively detaining her, harassing her and putting his hands on her. She has every right to punch kick or slap him away from her for doing that. If you think not, you're wrong. So I'll ask again, is there evidence she assaulted him prior to the video beginning? Or are you basing your statement o…

First, calling the cops is not grounds to hold a person. You have no legal ground to hold a person because the cops are en route. Second, where do you hear she assaulted him before the video starts? Obviously any assault that takes place during the video is irrelevant to the argument as he is already detaining her.

I didn't listen to all of it, but what was the bouncers reason to hold her. Absent a good god damn reason, this isn't pussy pass anything. The woman was being prevented from entering a cab. If I were her, I'd swing too. So did I miss something. Did she steal something?

I agree with you in principle, in some part. First, I don't "like" the pendulum. I simply am observing it as a part of reality. It holds true in many areas of life. Humans orientate towards extremes, especially americans. That's how I explain how a country that voted for Obama for two terms can then vote for Trump. It doesn't scare me or piss me off. It's frustrating, but it is what it is. My only goal is to ride it out and make sure where the pendulum stops is somewhere closer to my values than…

Oh I'm 100% with you on this. I think there should be strong consequences for actions like this. However, this is all a balancing the game. First, let's be fair. For dozens of years, women crying sexual assault were totally ignored. So yes, the pendulum swung the other way and now women are given the benefit of doubt. But this is a recent phenomena (15-20 years?) following literally decades where women were ignored. The fact men aren't being treated fairly today is horrible, but its a natural sw…

Didn't she say he groped her? If proven true, I don't think he would have been facing a long sentence. In fact, her 16 months may be longer than what she faced.

It should upset you. There are lots of bad and ignorant folk out there. And the pain they needlessly cause is a valid reason to be upset.

Fully agree. You can mock this person for heir delusional sense of beauty. But for the fact they are transgender? Just seems petty and unnecessary and hateful and not in the spirit of this sub. Of course you'll get down voted to hell, but ignore the idiots who downvote you. With every click they basically are affirming their own stupidity and/or hatred.

My opinion allowed for diversity of experience. I didn't say folk who had been through bad shit necessarily do bad things. I also didn't say folk who do bad things necessarily came from a bad upbringing. I just opened the door to the option that reasons exist that we aren't always aware of so we shouldn't be so quick to judge. While my opinion opened the door, yours shut it by claiming that bad upbringings don't lead to bad people. So yeah, I don't just disagree with your opinion, I wholly rejec…

Well aren't you special. Empathy my friend is all about learning that YOUR story isn't the only story. As someone who has seen situations like this play out regularly, I can tell you that behind every "monster" and "criminal" is a hell of a story. Congrats to you for being strong enough to endure your shit childhood. The point is that not everyone is similarly strong or lucky.

I completely understand your story. Frankly I'm disgusted at how much folk here lack in empathy. I put it down to the fact that I'm sure all of those who are cheering for this girls demise are just ignorant, arrogant basement dwelling children. When you grow up you learn shit happens, even to good folk. I take zero pleasure in seeing this kids life destroyed or her mother's. There is a story behind every tragedy. Pathetic that folk on here lack the patience or empathy to bother asking about it. …

See, your response in my opinion is FINE. I agree it's fine that differences exist. Not all differences are bad. I think the issue many women have is that men refuse to admit the disadvantage and I can see how that could be maddening.

I agree with much of what you say. So please receive this with an open mind. Women who claim of bias in the work place can often be wrong. And there is no insidious network in place to keep women down. However, the wage gap is real, but not in the ways you describe. Two key issues are as follows. First, that "like attracts like." Men are more likely to hire, favor and promote men. Same applies to women. That's psychologically proven over and over again. We favor the familiar. So if more men are …

Tucker went full moron. Again, much better videos exist that show some idiot throwing out numbers. But give credit where credit is due. This woman was very coherent and articulate and adeptly side-stepped Tucker's baiting. She won, he lost. There is no other rational interpretation.

Yes, I watched it. Again, I have no problem with, and indeed embrace, valid criticism. But we embarrass ourselves when we push a fake narrative. The wage gap is real - no serious economist will deny this. But the wage gap is much smaller than the myth (only 93 cents to a dollar). Her obvious point was that although women are succeeding in ONE are of the economy, they are clearly not uniformly succeeding. That is a valid point. Sorry, has this become a woman-hating sub recently? I thought this su…

Is Tucker the pussy here? Otherwise, where is the pussypassdenied? This sub has some quality content, but can we be realistic - Tucker got his ass handed to him, and the woman did a fantastic job. To suggest otherwise is just showing your anger or ignorance. Again - focus on real examples, not bs like this.
