It’s hard to teach open mindedness, willingness and humility. Someone harping on me for shit they themselves are guilty of is a red flag. It’s a fine line sometimes between remaining unflappably calm, providing ample grace and simping. Marrying that balance I think is the true mastery of MGTOW. You have the right to be respected and treated well. If she’s not giving you the time of day or ignoring your concerns you’ve maturely addressed then sometimes pain is the only motivator. How much pain ar…

This reminds me of “The Way of The Superior Man” - interesting book. From my experience I derived the understanding when I try to “fix” a problem for them they perceive two truths: they’re broken and in need of fixing from my POV and are not being “heard”. Perception is reality. This segues into answering your questions. Patriarchal role in a marriage of traditional values needs to be unflappable and display tremendous aplomb amidst adversity and criticism. Some subsets to this are consistency a…

Fair point Rian. I can’t argue with that. The only difference is that unless at risk of aerosolizing like blood spatter in certain surgery’s due to the high rate RPMs of say a bone drill or mechanical ventilation then the virus is droplet precaution PPE and should also be contact. Placing a vestibule and clean room under negative pressure at 1500CFM is going to pretty much make even airborne precautions work in a nonspec environment. Tear gas certainly requires beyond airborne precautions, they …

So during remediation they put the dirty area under negative pressure. I’m not sure how to rig an effective system for positive. Most hospital isolation rooms under positive pressure actually flow down across the threshold of entry. That’s to keep things out and that concept is applied to low or no immune system scenarios like bone marrow transplants and organ transplants. For airborne precautions we do negative pressure which is merely a vacuum preventing anything from escaping the room. You co…

Care to elaborate? What’d did you learn in the Canadian military that I didn’t learn at Hopkins?

Thanks man. I think it’s pretty easy. You need lots of plastic sheeting. Houses are leaky enough of air that you won’t really need a separate venting and intake system. It would be better if you could provide access to fresh air as it does improve outcomes on almost all alignments. Air contains a small amount of ozone gas which is a triatomic quantum form of oxygen 03 instead of 02; mother nature’s sanitizer. Air oasis uses UV-C to create this. An air scrubber is also a good idea - IQAir MCS gas…

I’m pretty much guaranteed to die because of a genetic disease that causes anaphylaxis. Not everyone is healthy but every can benefit from knowledge and Reddit has this uncanny ability of creating it in posterity. Hope your wife as well as the rest of your family stays safe. Nurses have it rough right now.

And contact precautions with it lasting 72hrs on inanimate objects. Airborne with mechanical ventilation. Overkill is relative. If you have compounding co morbidities than is it really? Maybe maybe not but it doesn’t make the concept null and void of ludicrous. Points for BSL-2. Made my day.

If you’re worried a family member getting this then you’ll need plastic sheeting to quarantine off an area of your house to prevent transmission. I suggest purchasing an Air Oasis commercial unit to clean the air of the quarantined area. Remember they can’t share your central air so if you live in a warm climate think about an AC and taping off their vents.

Effective radius of dispersal is 10 meters, new studies show it can be dormant for 72hrs on inanimate objects, has a protracted prodromal phase where being a source of transmission is asymptomatic and longer than a traditional flu course. Data>opinions

That’s a logical fallacy “the more connections the better”. And yes there are negative side effects to endlessly chasing a social life. I’ve said my piece. You know what I think you should do.

You’ll never truly be alpha if someone can snatch your sense of confidence and security so easily. Physicality is a singular dimension. How are you at being charming or captivating? There will always be a bigger, stronger, better looking dude. But who gives a fuck if no one notices him because they’re too attached to your every word. Story telling is a lost art. Go watch the movie Lincoln and watch how Daniel Day Lewis portrays Lincoln and the usage of stories. When he dislikes something or is b…

Take an inventory of all the self flagellating talk in your post. That negativity is subjective and situational - nothing to berate yourself over. So stop it. Stop saying can’t. Weak. Out of touch. That seething self hatred is like bug spray for women. No one is attracted to it - plutonic or romantic. Find out what’s good about you. Find a way to build self confidence through perseverance. India is a bit hamstrung with its dietary limitations/proclivities fueled by religion. If you’re not tied t…

Shut him down. Either be the hammer or the nail. If he’s not mature enough to back off he’s either incapable of valuing your friendship or doesn’t value it. So make a patronizing stance wildly know. Like “hey guys can we all agree joe is an absolute dick and since he is a hurtful dick to all of us I vow to punch him in the cock every time he is a hurtful dick” then proceed to cock punch your friend every time he crosses the line. Continue to make a joke of it and claim it’s the real world versio…

Bro your first problem is your expectations. 1.) you want to be able to control her dinechephalon. When you really want to tap into her limbic system. Now you’ve either succeeded or failed before you ever speak to her based on your physical presentation and surroundings. So ask yourself; are you confident enough to change her mind if you failed? Employing a strategy that rewards her rebuking either dinechephalon or limbic system warnings will help you change her mind and proceed to the next phas…

So are you in college or high school - be clear. Nothing better than to go online and sign up for a dating website. Perfect opportunity to practice story telling, body language, mannerisms and more. Remember just because you meet a girl in the park doesn’t mean you have to bed or wed her. You’re too young to be so morbid over your social life. That’s old man death bed shit. You’ve gotta realize the trivial nature of this whole entire complaint. Most of the people you’ll meet in high school and c…

Different thinking happens best with different actions. What actions are you doing today that contribute to this feeling? Is there another area of your life where you’re coasting or complacent? Ok so you wanted to be an E trader at 11 yo but you got started after you’re able to buy cigarettes. Sweet. Maybe you should look at a Compounding calculator and play with the numbers to make up lost ground or stratify your portfolio with physical assets like precious metals. Or look at the knowledge gain…

Being a good sleeper - hugely important. Love to read- knowledge is power if you can leverage it properly. Boxing - wish I started younger, only because when I was a kid it was the only real martial art around. Now lethwei, Muay Thai, kick boxing, Bjj are abundantly available with the exception of lethwei. Proper weight training - most of what I’ve seen in the gym is a bunch of fuckery. The gilded age of the internet makes it easy to find effective strength training regiments. Proper nutrition. …

“I love being in nature, I love meeting new people.”great get a job as a firefighter or EMT. I’m not sure if they’ve got an academy of sorts down under but if they do sign up. See reality. First responders can be a great opportunity to gain invaluable skills and cut your teeth on some real world shit. If you can keep a cool head under pressure it will blaze a trail for the rest of life’s obstacles. Plus you don’t have to do it forever. You can always quit but find another job that pays you to sl…

The subjective nature of the behavior isn’t your responsibility to understand, trying to do so successfully will accomplish a feat as great as walking on the moon. Few have done it, many dream about it. She’s probably feeling insecure and it’s merely a probing mission for either approval or interest. Her knowing she can get back into your life after zero contact can provide a dramatic boost in self confidence. I’m deriving that from personal experience on both sides of the coin and the fact she’…

Get a box and do RDLs off the box; touch your knuckles to the top of your feet - maximum depth. Also consider decreasing your volume and frequency and focusing on heavier compound lifts. I’d only train deadlifts once a week and legs separately twice a week. Ex) legs Tu/Friday, deads Sunday. Do something like squats, sissy squats, lunges, GHD. You can change sissys for leg press. On Sunday dead, RDL, cable pull throughs, Roman chair weighted back extensions. Don’t know what I’m referencing just g…

As someone who works in health care this is my brutal advice: No one is coming to save you, be your own hero, be your own advocate. If this is the biggest rate limiting obstacle to having a fulfilling life then it needs to become your singular focus. Pain meds are a slow spiritual death. They lull you into docility. I’ve been in your shoes with a hip and now my spine. It’s awful and I feel your pain. I’m not supposed to be able to walk but my usage of alternative pain management had me working 7…

I think a tell is being a low information voter or consumer. If she makes big decisions based off emotions that could come to bite you. They’re very emotional creatures by nature but there are some common sense limitations. Attention is another thing; especially to you or those close to her. There’s a developmental stage in small children called parallel play. If she interacts solely with herself in situations under the guise of being present then I wouldn’t wife it. Conflict resolution skills a…
