| 3 | I guess it's true, AWALT...Painfully true. They complain that they can't achieve anything or do anything right, but yet they can't be bothered to try harder. | /r/MGTOW | 25/03/17 06:18 AM |
| 8 | I go back to my old self when I meet up with my old school buddiesI had the same problem, till one day I was hanging out with old friends and I snapped out of it. I realized that just like all the other situations that I have become confident in, I just had to stand my ground. So I reminded myself that the only person that can make me really feel inferior is me. They don't have a choice in who you are, they either accept you or they don't. Just remember to stay true to who you've become and you'll see great things happen. | /r/askTRP | 03/03/17 02:37 PM |
| 1 | Oversleeping or undersleepingI had the same problem for the longest time and a similar sleep schedule, up until a month ago. I started waking up early (6am) and going to bed early (9/10pm). I've been having the best sleep so far. It's important to mention to stay consistent in the beginning and no snooze button. Also towards the night time it's good to have a sleep mindset before going to sleep, in other words begin to wind down as the evening turns to night. | /r/askTRP | 01/03/17 02:37 AM |
