AFAIK, if they charge you with something like this they have to take your blood or give you a breathalyser test . I'm not in the US, so I don't know how it works there, but it sure does work like this in my country. Which means that it'll be an inconvenience, but you'll prove them wrong.

It's not that they'll rip you off, but the prices that they put up aren't final. You can talk your way into a discount almost everywhere. It mostly depends on the salesman. because I believe in treating everyone the same under the law. I think that we all feel the same way and that is what is important. You can label yourself whatever you want, but at the end of the day, it only matters what you did. As for me, I've always supported equality, but I just don't agree with what feminism is preaching right now. I don't get your reasoning. I don't see how this leads to secret trials. You'll still be able to have a lawyer and everything will be the same. The only difference is that they don't name who is on trial. That way if the accused was to be found not guilty he doesn't get his life ruined.
