The way I see it, race is one of the three pillars "Face, Height and Race" so if you fail one but are ok on the other two you can still get something. but being indian it's kind of a special case, since it's failing one of the three pillars REALLY bad, so if you are indian and bald it's over, or if you are indian and 5'7, not even a 9/10 face will save you
