lol I can't remember ever having a personal issue at work that wasn't solved by either avoiding the person or waiting a few days. Meanwhile every woman I know that worked in mostly female work environments had an existential breakdown through drama or outright bullying every other week. Harming each other seems to be the primary entertainment for them.

I don't know what world you live in, but if you kill a sizable portion of the male population, women usually won't end up sharing the remaining men to compensate. The ones who can't find a man will usually move to greener pastures in another country and no additional children will be born to the affected country anyway. So there's barely a benefit compared to subscripting equally in that regard at least.
