My trick is that I say to myself: "Just say what you can come up with now. Waiting and not saying is not helpful. You are gonna say just as good things to her as you are ever gonna say. It's a thing that you can't change right now and there is no point in worrying about things like that right now."

Yeah, make the enjoyable things happen in your life. Turn the routine into something nice. You see all those Instagram posts of perfect morning routine or serving yourself dinner by garnishing it like high end restsurant or smth like that. Well do that and enjoy it. Posting about it doesn't have much point. Perhaps you have a friend who also actually likes to enjoy those little moments - take a pic of your dinner and send it to him/her.
