8	Lifting vs martial arts/cardio/body weight exercise. It's funny you say that cause I just came back from boxing practice. From what I can see, you do have a couple posts about Martial arts and even training Muay Thai and putting your kids in wrestling but they're all from more than 10+ years ago. 2	Is there a best diet ? How do you meal prep ? Yeah I get you, lots of people look very good and you're surprised when they tell you their weight. A little bit of fat isn't that big of a problem when you've got an armor of muscle anyway. I like the vertical diet of Stan Efferding. Haven't tried it yet but seems very simple to implement. I've been thinking about Tongkat Ali after listening to Andrew Huberman, you know what I'm going to jump the gun now. Tongkat Ali, Fadogia and maybe Ecdysterone too. Given that majority of posters here beat around the bush I'll tell you some common value that any decent human will agree with : 1- Respect: a man is at his best when he feels respected.
