I grew up in a VERY diverse neighborhood (white, latino, middle eastern, asian, black), and the phenomenon is the same. I live within 30 minutes of Rutgers University New Brunswick, and if you know anything about this area you know it’s extremely diverse. All women are scared of black men. It is what it is. Expecting black men to emphasize with female fear is simply laughable.

I wish I knew also. I “look” like I could be an athlete or rapper, but my personality has been described as that of a nerdy white boy. It sucks. I hate being black.
