3	Wife threatening to leave. What should I do? Anger is normal sometimes, exercise can be a great way to deal with it. Breaking possessions is not. It’s not a healthy or mature way to release anger. Exercise is a good thing to do for your body and mind; whether you’re angry or not, you’ll be glad you did it. It shows control and discipline. I think the reason is that the current solutions are profitable. If there was more profit from developing and delivering a better product, it would happen.
