Start working out and taking care of yourself. Pick a hobby or activity you really like and become the best you can at it (like playing guitar or something). I think you're prioritizing women too much. You should be able to be happy by yourself without any external validation. Also your parents probably did everything they though was right to raise you. Being resentful about them is a waste of mental and emotional energy. I actually felt the same about my father.
