18	Imagine the woman you want to be. I cut a lot of toxic people out of my life and got very selfish, in a good healthy way, and started being really nice to myself. I worked on my inner dialogue, the way I speak to myself. I got into a fitness routine that helped me develop a new relationship with my body. I started to make an effort to nourish myself better.
