Yeah, I don't know what the deal was, but when I initially came to the thread it did that thing where it loads and then shows up as deleted after a few seconds, so I got to read the first few lines and then it was gone. In any case, it's visible now.

Are women not complicit in this at all? Do these lack luster candidates never look around and realize their male peers are making fools of them they're out performing them so bad? And these women just never say anything about that, never try to withdraw and just get fast tracked into a position they can't perform in? Then it's the patriarchy's fault when they fucking die?
