3) It ignores male victims who have been assaulted by women. Just thought we should add this =)

Amnesty International is a joke anyway. They take controversial stances on all kinds of stuff, they support causes that don't deserve supporting, they fail to support causes that do... But mostly, their problem is they'd rather be politically correct than to stand up for what's right.

"Maybe the cops are all pervs" Way to shift the blame back to men. We need to be on the lookout for these feminist tactics! Edit: I'm not saying the blame should go on women. The blame should go on the culture of male discrimination that society creates.

I would add that feminism, as a movement that cares solely about women's issues, is no longer needed. Feminism should have renamed itself to "gender equality movement" (or something like that) a while ago. Sticking to feminism as a women-only movement is discriminating to men, no matter how moderate feminists may be. It makes sense to treat the entire feminist movement and its members as anti-men. To put it another way, feminist is now a supremacist group. Joining feminism and claiming to care a…

Can we stop acknowledging SRS? They'll lose their importance if we ignore them. Talking about them and caring about their opinions is what gives them power.

The women involved in the story might have been asking for it. Not all women were. Please keep generalizations at bay.

Generalized ad hominem attacks is what all feminists do all the time. This guy is a feminist troll.

Reminds me of how sperm banks are acceptable (the donor never has to pay child support) but if a woman gets pregnant and the man has said before having sex "I don't want to be a father or pay child support" suddenly he's forced to pay because "what about the welfare of the baby??".

This video made me realize that the only thing that gives me a feeling of worth is the job I have. I feel I need to have a good career that gives me money and power/good connections, and I should try to go as far as I can. I think I'm a nice person, helpful to strangers when I can be, I try to respect everyone and would rather give the benefit of the doubt than judge; I have a vast arrays of skills and knowledge, from physics to mechanics, and I have interesting hobbies that include arts, sports…

This used to be the case of feminism. We need to be careful not to end up like feminism and we must know when it's time to stop.

He's not that far from the truth though. Putting aside the extremest of feminists who'd like a world without men, men tend to get harsher sentences than women on average, and there were posts here recently explaining that in South America, some countries have laws making the murder of women a greater crime with stronger sentences. In rape cases, the gender of the victim and of the accused can play a role and bias judges and juries (the bias is against men). With that said, we're certainly not ex…

I've spoken to feminists who feel these men might be representative of the MRM, though. So while I can understand their anger and I realize it's probably a temporary state of mind, their strong opinions are detrimental to the MRM when expressed publicly. We might need to make it clear to the public that the MRM is much more moderate and has the interest of both genders in mind, but simply chooses to focus on men's issues.

I think I agree with you. I'm all for equality, but we can't get equality unless we address the problems of both men and women. Most of society is receptive to women's problems but men's problems are often ignored, even denied sometimes. To me men's rights is about establishing balance between the way we, as a society, address men's issues and the way we address women's issues. Once that balance has been established, I'd say we should move away from Men's Rights and focus on (both) gender's righ…

If a fire started in a crowded building, someone pulled the fire alarm to warn everyone, and this caused a stampede and people died, I guess she'd blame the person who pulled the alarm... The fact is, it's dangerous to trust the police for a man, especially when it involves a woman. We hear too often of the police being biased against men, women who make false rape (or other serious) accusations rarely get punished, etc. These problems exist. Now if feminists wanted to recognize these problems a…

I wish they told women to NOT encourage 'flirting' assholes when playing online. Every time a lady shows up in a game, a bunch of guys will flirt with her constantly to the point of monopolizing chat/comms. It's absolutely annoying for everyone, and note that a lot of male players disapprove and treat female players properly. But some of these women encourage the flirting. It seems they enjoy the attention they're getting and they respond positively to it. And it ruins the game for everyone else…
