Longschlong12: In a similar position, potential plate i soft nexted after she said lets take it slow/ljbf. She initiates contact with a useless message that basically says shes on nights/away with family. i tell her to meet me for breakfast after her shift and she counters with "waffle waffle waffle, im away for the week, waffle waffle, another time?" how to proceed? respond to her message and acknowledge shes away and set something up for when shes back or just initiate contact when shes back n…

Not entirely sure im that good to do that, ive let it go and said that im not interested in friends and will see what if anything happens. If she is attracted to me as she says she is then me not giving in to "lets just be friends" or "take it slow" will tell her exactly where i stand

Thats fair enough and I agree on the "do your own things" and things will fall into place. I think my issue shall we say is, how i can structure my uni life to ensure that i do it properly (this time around) - what would be key things that i would be stupid to miss out on if im in uni a second time and how can i identify them. I guess that would apply to my life in general not just because im thinking of going to medicine (still got to figure out finances for it)

Thanks for your reply. How does that even answer my question besides saying that you at 32 know how to have fun. I asked how i can maximize my experiences this second time round, especially considering i had no idea about the red pill or any of the manosphere when i was 18 and doing it for the first time. Comparing myself to a bunch of younger people who've just come out of college is, at least i feel, different in most cases and i would consider myself a hell of lot more responsible now compare…

Hey ecivguy thanks for the response, i took a break from reddit so didnt see your message. youve given me some solid advice that i plan on implementing. Currently still negotiating roles and pay but havent locked anything down just yet. Any advice regarding going for a salaried role over a contractor role when im starting out? Gut feeling says that i should go for a permanent salaried role when starting a career over a contracted role again. The contractor role would pay a good percentage more a…

EcivGuy, Thank you for such a great response. without sounding idiotic it was enlightening. I'm more on the mechanical engineer side of things so the advice is definitely still applicable and at points the opposite of what family members have told me (i.e. take the role in the larger company). You are correct in that I am starting my job search after having spent the lasts 1.5 years in a project lead role within my university (great pay but a contract role). From the looks of things the first ro…

Tell her to wear heels on your first date (i did). who cares, she only cares if you care. Have fun treat her like you would someone you would be "height comfortable" with. you're both the same height lying down anyway.

I like - "you first" or just order yourself one and get her a water laugh at her stupid face.

Yeah its not a worry. learnt that i made a mistake by openly panicking a bit and wont make it again. Shes keen to meet on friday so im betting that she wants to stay.

Hey dude, i guess "ah shit wrong person" could be seen as sorry, wrote it that way so i didnt seem in the wrong but that clearly didnt work out, one thing ive noticed is that i barely ever say sorry directly now that im unplugging which could be both bad and good. yeah that seems the general consensus, ignore or joke about but dont text her again

Hey, me seeing other birds isnt the fuck up (shes asked before if i was on a date and ive always said "yeah, they wanted to get food after we went to the gym" or something along those lines, just fucked up on sending the wrong message thats all. ive had it blow up in the past when i wasnt unplugging so i interested to see how i handle it now - my gut is to say sure fine its over have fun bye etc.

Yeah going to wait as i asked if she was working saturday after that message so ive probably already gone to far as it is. Just play it cool and see what happens

No latest as it was the early hours of the morning. Basically im going to wait for her message and just meet up, if she brings it up ignore or just move past it etc like you said. If she wants it to be over then fine ive got 2 others im seeing during the week (she just happens to be the better bang). We arent in any sort of relationship that exclusive she's bumped into me whilst im with other girls etc and then asked if i was on a date with them a few days later in person and ive always just sai…

Personally would go to the gym over a pull-up bar etc, find a gym that is catered to proper lifters and not cardio bunny's who don't like loud noises - ask the guys there for a hand (they'll be happy to help) and get lifting for strength and size. Explain to the manager that you want to work out but don't have a credit card due to being young or w.e and can pay cash etc. usually the less commercial the gym and the more iron it is the more likely they are accepting of young disciples. If they say…

Thanks, i needed to read this. I have almost the exact same scenario minus the last part to the point where my friends say its a disease i get when shes in town (XXXX-syndrome). Same time frame and everything and I even told her I liked her etc with her being nice about. Used to still think i had a shot for many years haha. A lot of things that you pointed out at valid in my case as well so i just wanted to say thanks for writing this out. What are you planning on doing about it now/ditch the nu…

You're embarrassed, that's all well and good. Find out why you failed and find a way to overcome that.

She said yes. you have an exam the day after tomorrow - tell her to bring her notes if she says something like "but OP we have an exam...blah blah". sorted.

Well yes i guess theyre the same thing in this case. you are on tinder for a reason, that also applies to women. You always get women who say we arent having sex tonight or im not a slut. Just assume they are and you will quickly find out.

Theyre on tinder what does your gut think? they are just looking for some fun/attention or another orbiter. assume the first throughout.

Having had come back strong into the game with a lot of success recently i think i can answer this at least to add to what others have said. Start slow. By that i dont mean pecks. I mean put your hand on her neck with your thumb infront of her ear, draw her in and feel her lips with yours. If shes into it then continue with the next steps. Use your hands a lot. I like to keep one hand high and one hand roaming depending on the situation. change directions after a bit of a makeout, if you went in…

Thanks for replying. 72 hours has generally worked for me however as i get busier with more and more things on my plate i have less and less time to meet another girl etc. hence its likely to be a week ahead due to both of our faults. I guess if they're into me then they will make time when im free. once ive got a message from her (confirming she didn't pull a fast one and put her number in wrong) ill use some callback humour and then ask her what her week next week is looking like. sounds good …

What i meant is that you tell her you are going to be somewhere and that she should come to. example for something i would say: Hey "nickname/nerd/dork/whatever", im checking out X on X meet me there are X" or something like -"let me know by X when you are free and ill sort something out" Also, if your friends are directly cock blocking you and you are averse to confrontation then get new friends. Sometimes you gotta next your mates not the girls.

General consensus is you dont want to ask her out via a question, say your going to X at X time and that she is welcome to come along. If shes keen she will say something to signal that she can or cant but can on another day. With regards to the first part, I personally think thats ok provided she mentioned to you that she was going to madrid etc and that it hasnt been too long/you 1st date didnt bomb. Get there before (assuming you know the place) and be seen talking to others and bring her int…

Wish i heard this when i moved into a house for uni in my second year. 3 girls made 3 guys personal slaves. I WILL keep this in mind when i go back to uni.

Ill say my story but its still in the making and hopefully wont ramble too much. Asian - Pakistani live in the UK 23. typical Asian lifestyle growing up - religious, studious huge family gatherings etc. Found game in my first year of uni made some progress but not enough Used to compete in badminton/swimming/rugby had to retire on account of my knees and studies. Got fat (120kg) - losing it (95k) for an idea of my physique. Prior to finding TRP had a few relationships but lost them to better guy…

I guess the reason she said was agreeable in person was due to the preselection and air of confidence i had when i was dancing with her but as im there to dance and have fun (aka being dragged onto the dance floor by other girls) we didnt have time to chat as much and she wasnt too sure what to think after the night. Anyway, im in two minds about your text, i like it in that it would blow the shit out of the test (if its there) but then could be seen as butt hurt?

I would suggest something like dancing. In my experience (salsa/bachata) i attribute a lot of the changes in my life to starting to dance salsa - confidence grew exponentially as i continued to dance, my discomfort with being close with strangers dramatically decreased. You'll even make friends/probably ask out some of the girls once you are confident with your own ability. For reference im 23 in a student town. i may be going off on a tangent here but women come into it in a much better situati…

Fair enough, no need to try anything then, as im likely to see her again however, how should i respond to that? if at all? also for future reference, how does a girl establish boundaries, body language im assuming?
/r/askTRP29/10/15 09:33 PM

Fair enough, you would think i would know how the friendzone works seeing as its the reason that i came looking around these parts in the first place. Ok so me and her not gonna happen no biggie ive probably spoken to her for about 5/6 mins in person. She spent most of the time complimenting me or trying to sit on my knees when im not dancing -hence my confusion. As im likely to see her again, is the only way to acknowledge her rejection to not bother with a response? i would if possible like to…

Nice, it usually does however, gotta love a routine! As i will likely bump into this girl again should i acknowledge this at all even respond?

Yeah for girl 1 im trying to sort something this week, girl 2 is going home for 2 weeks and then ill re gauge interest when i see at salsa. Ill shoot girl 1 a message later then think that is the best thing to do. try some callback humour or something.

Fair enough dude, thanks for the reply. Ill take this into account from now on as i usually leave once ive had my fill. may have invested a bit too much on the latest hook up via tinder by sleeping over. (she did bring me breakfast though double eggs double bacon ftw!).

Out of curiosity then, in your opinion is it a good idea to bail post sex with all plates then or ask them to leave yours only? I ask as i cant have birds around (live with my folks and theyre religious) so i always go back to theirs sooo - went out with a bird from tinder the other week - fucked her (disqualified myself by saying all that we will do if i came upstairs was make out) and then bailed after a few more times. went out with her this week my turf then back to hers and stayed the night…

Ha sorry, ill get better at writing the more i post i hope! just didn't want to leave anything out. I think ill stick with my routine as fuck it its just a first date. if the bartender mentions something itl either spike the girls interest or shell bail which saves me time. plus social proof from everyone recognizing me. Ive never taken molly but im definitely passionate about it (hence im applying haha) but she is clearly very shy - possible virgin in the fact that she is so quirky in person so…

Hey thanks for replying. ok it is definitly working so maybe routine just helps me with my subconcious confidence in that i know the place they know me and that if anything it will mean that i have social proof if the bartender mentions something about me. Yeh definitely 2/3 rule for sure, i just ignore stuff that doesnt interest me or something i dont want to reply to. I will use you idea though, i like it alot but seeing her tonight so no need to message today. Yeah shes by far no means the on…
