I think the judicial system should be all paper work. As in the judge never sees the accused, they see a piece of paper with the charge, evidence either way and then makes their judgement. Remove any bias against race or gender. Edit: While we are at it remove the bailout system. If your a danger to society you stay behind bars until court date if not you get to home home and wait for it.
