No worries. I might be hard to understand so I don't mind and that's why I also try to explain exactly what I mean since you seem reasonable. It is most likely a very high concentration of the worst people of reddit on this subreddit. Since it is in it's essence just about being angry at people doing bad things. That attracts people who are and wants to be angry and repels anyone trying to have some sort of analysis and brands them as sympathisers of the enemy.

I am saying what I wrote when stating the womans possible reasonings for her actions were meant as a disjunction and not a conjunction or as you proposed I meant to say 'conjecture' (even though that is true as well as it is conjecture) The guy I replied to went after only one of the possible reasons I stated while agreeing completely with the other. Meaning he agreed with me while still being aggressive. A OR B. He said B is false, A is true. Meaning the disjuntion (the OR statement) is true. W…

I meant conjunction. What I wrote is a disjunction. Both of the reasons I stated don't both have to be true. Meaning I did not write an "and" statement, I wrote an "or" statement. Or at least that's what I thought people would understand if listing possible reasons. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logical_conjunction It seems most people here just go straight for argumentative fallacies and try to start fights. Which is fitting here I guess, many angry boys.

It's not a conjunction. It's listing possible reasons. So you are agreeing with my first listed option but still want to be portrayed as you don't agree?

In my interpretation of "Devil's advocate" it implies some sort of defense. That's why I wrote defending. I am just trying to be overly clear as to my position because I seem to be misunderstood here a lot. I was never on the side that the woman was right in her actions. I just tried to keep it analytical but that's not how the norms here are. When in rome etc. Yes, I appreciate it but I still want you to understand what I am saying clearly so that you know what you are supporting.

The reason I listed the kicking snow of the boots was that she alternates shoes, if kicking in anger you want the foot which can get the most force. Kicking snow of the shoes is also for the person wearing the shoes and not just for the car, if you let the snow melt on top of the shoes it seeps in(depending on material of course) It shouldn't be done in that matter of course(don't kick the car, rather sit down and then smack the shoes against eachother) but just addressing the getting snow in th…

I am not really defending her or playing devil's advocate. I am just trying to analyse her actions. I thought saying I don't condone it should be enough to make people understand that I... Don't condone her behaviour. I am trying to reason as to what she was thinking in the moment while simultaneously accepting that she is wrong and entitled and a cunt etc. I didn't feel like I needed to write it that clearly. But I assume it's needed in this environment to appease the angry people here.

Indeed. Thanks for commenting, I was getting in a really shitty mood because of the rest of the comments. At least one person understands me 👍 I think I will just stay off this subreddit.

Why would I do something I don't condone? You still don't know what this word means. Are you somehow against learning new words?

Yes, I agree. Perhaps it's a matter of culture. People so used to hostile discourse can't comprehend any attempt of an intelligent analytical discourse so they interpret is as a hostile one. Not saying I am particularly intelligent but I am at least trying to add something of value.

What do you think "I don't condone what she did" means? I am genuinly curious. Because to me what I wrote means exactly the opposite of your interpretation. Do I have to copy paste the definition of the word "condone"? Or can you look it up yourself big boy?

I think because I am not aggressive enough towards the woman and then people think I am condoning what she did even though I explicitly said I don't condone it. Also people seem to not interpret it as a dinjunction and rather a conjunction and just attack me because of the second reason I listed. Where as both needs to be false for me to be wrong. It is probably mostly just this subreddit who are very angry and see anything that's not attacking the woman as a defense of the woman and that means …

Yes, indeed. Good addition about the light, didn't know about that.

Well yes a bit better. I know which subreddit this is so it's not necessary to write it twice though. The first I wrote about wanting to alert the driver of her presence I meant as because she could not get in so you are in line with that reason. What you added about assuming she would get the ride if she just got in the car is a very good addition. That could explain the follow up. I am fairly sure I wrote in my original comment that I don't condone what she did but people here don't seem to un…

Because if I am incorrect about both of my speculations I want to hear a better one if I am going to be insulted. Is that something strange?

That's exactly the wrong type of analysis that I wanted to not see. All ad hominem with no analysis of why she did what she did just all about who she is. You are probably right about what you are saying but it is missing the reason of why kicking the door and entering the car.

The door is closed. It's winter so his window is most likely not open, how did she ask him? She is entering the frame from behind the vehicle so she wasn't at the front door.

Then propose another reason as to why she did what she did.

Then tell me why she did what she did. Without just saying she a dummy. Say what she was thinking in that moment.

I can think of two reasons; she saw the car started to move and she wanted to alert the driver of her presence. She wanted to knock snow of her boots. I don't condone what she did so don't argue with me. Just speculating about her reasons

28 Years for rape? That is fucking crazy. Then again I live in a country that wants to rehabilitate prisoners so it might just be from my culture viewpoint.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
