I was just using it as an example of tiny communities that CBC has no problem with accepting as real. While "witches" are not real since they are portrayed in the manner we see them presented through Hollywood, and modern perceptions in general as hags covered in boils and warts ready to eat children's souls... According to Wicca pedia :P There are around 350K Wicca in the united states. In the united states aprox .03% of the population is transsexuals. meaning around 900,000 - 1,000,000 people are trans. that would imply to me that surly witches are in some respects real. even if the character is wrong. So it seems there are three times as many transsexuals as there are witchs in America.
