Why do you specify 'all' women to refer to all women when you take the comment in question, which refers to an unspecified number of women, to refer to all women? Because the quote in question said, "Women think..." which indicates a group as a whole. You're using a whole lotta words to condone a sexist comment, but had the tables been turned and the statement had been "Men think," it probably would have been one of the top posts in this sub. Sure. The sister's assertion was that women expect respect JUST for being women. That is not true of all women. Therefore, the statement was false and is making a harmful blanket statement about a group of people. And I'm not expecting my comments to be popular; I know which sub I'm in. But I'd be happy to discuss this with anyone who wants to engage in an adult conversation about it.
