They don't prove willful exclusion of marital fidelity. Willful exclusion of marital fidelity is grounds for annulment if that was the case when one marries, not if it happens afterward. If the marriage is valid it can't become un-valid by subsequent actions.

In theory, if everyone involved behaves as he should, you get to have an intercourse whenever you want. In practice people could not behave as they should and a spouse could refuse or even leave the other one, and in that case each of them is still held to be faithful to the other one. I think that basically that's the point of marriage: one either as an intercourse with the person he reciprocally promised lifelong faithfulness, or he doesn't.

I think I get what point you are making: getting married doesn't guarantee having intercourse. It could happen that your wife denies it, even if she shouldn't. It could also happen that a legit wife leaves you. In that case you are still bound to be faithful. The same would go for a woman in case the man did this to her, obviously. The point of marriage is exactly this--if you want to have intercourse with a person, you have to promise that you are going to be faithful to her until death without…

Fellow unmarried Catholic here, I came here browsing your submitted posts. As far as I know each of the two spouses are obliged to engage in intercourse if the other one wants to, as long as it's reasonable. What exactly is unreasonable is beyond my comprehension, but if I were to guess I'd say that e.g. being in the middle of the road would make it unreasonable, but a headache wouldn't.
