Oh okay thanks. Didn't notice I was taught that the Pearl Index is more accurate in school. So I assumed it was a bit off. So Pearl Index is just for Ideal use and your source is for general use with human failure

+IUD Cap and Diaphram aren't very safe tho The problem is that most of it is hormone based which some women just can't handle because it makes them extremely uncomfortable and sometimes even sick. Men can also get a vasectomy or jsut use a condom tho.

There are other ways (for both) to prevent a pregnancy. For example for man a vasectomy, a condom (both hormone free) and one where you wear special underwear that makes you infertile for some time (but its still in testing) For women a Femi-dom, IUD (which has to be changed every few years and it feels like going into labor putting it in and removing it) or getting the eggs removed (which takes more than a vasectomy and cant be reversed as far as I know) And the rest is hormone based stuff like…

I already made an agreement with my boyfriend that he will get a vasectomy. I probably will stay in the pill or something similar because my body can't handle my periods on it's own for some reason (doctors Haven't figured out why because the pill works smh)

Their Natural body function is to have a period and being able to conceive. A mans is to help conceive. It is 50/50 Otherwise if its 100% the womans "fault" than she would be able to conceive on her own or with another women (without science)

I mean I can understand that if you really can't because of work (if you don't work an office job and also informed your date up front) but cutting off like an hour or even 3h before the date is extremely disrespectful. Had this happen to me that someone canceled a date 30min before and I told them to not contact me again.
