Except, the pussypass extends beyond that. Generally when you see something like this, it's almost always followed with probation or any other slap on the wrist, when a man would have easily gotten 10-20 years every time without fail unless he had a shitload of money. So when you see a woman get the same sentence a man would have, or close, it's definitely pussypass denied because statistically they almost never get sentenced similar to men.

What's new. This will never change. They want their cake and to eat it too. Feminists raise the children, from daycare to school to college and now media. They are brainwashing everyone. This is why we have white knights like never before.

Men of all races are the truly oppressed ones in society, and always have been.

I actually do disagree. I believe laws should be created to ensure a complete deep investigation before an alleged attacker is named or officially criminally charged, including witness statements, DNA evicence, a complete lack of any exculpatory evidence, and possibly evidence that proves not only did sex happen, but it was nonconsensual. When and if it's proven, without the man bring imprisoned, that the report was false, the accuser should be criminally charged. If a man is already in prison, …

This screams fake, and if it's real, he's a cuck and deserves the wakeup call. Every time something like this happens, another "nice guy" turns into a man. Nice guys are the enemy of men. Why do you think women are entitled and spoiled in first world countries but not other countries? Because first world countries give them a special class, "Respect women, believe women, don't hit women" whereas other countries treat them as a normal person.

I'm in agreement, but not at the same time if that makes sense. These public records and FOIA laws are created so that government agents can't "disappear" citizens (arrest them under no real suspicion of crime or evidence). And if you think the government doesn't do that, well, you're right and wrong. They do it to non citizens all the time. Hence Guantanamo.

"Always believe women" is toxic femininity. In fact, anything that places women in some special category is toxic femininity. "Respect women, believe women, don't hit women" etc.

Doesn't include envelopment. I'm not wrong. Legally, a man cannot be raped by a woman, unless she sodomized him.

Technically, using specific wording of the law which has not been changed, men cannot be raped by women. Therefore men cannot falsely accuse a woman of raping them because women can't rape men, only men can rape men. By law, women cannot be convicted of rape unless they sodomize, there is no law for non consensual envelopment, and yet nobody cares.

Using legal definitions, men cannot be raped by women. So therefor, men cannot lie about being raped by women.

First off, excuse the username. This is my troll account. I don't want to comment on my main account. If she just said "wow..." and nothing else, then you can assume she meant many things. The obvious assumption is, of course, that she meant "wow... how could you do that to me, just be with another girl like that?" This assumption is just your male hamster running wild. The accurate way to respond would have been (of course hind sight is 20/20) with "Yeah, wow, she was a hot one wasn't she?" Thi…
