Lmao, we already know this isn’t true. Conspiracy theory communities disprove your assertion that people can’t be convinced of nonsense. Additionally, women cannot convince men of anything, especially when they aren’t actively trying to convince them of anything but the opposite of the shit they choose to believe. Take some accountability ffs.

TIL I apparently haven’t been into any of the partners I’ve dated, despite never being rejected by anyone I’ve ever pursued or wanted to be with
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 05:32 AM

You can volunteer in wars, even in other countries. If you see dating women as an issue of dominance and means to feel powerful, then don’t sit there wondering why you’re single. As someone who works in the non-profit world, I have met many chronically single men who find fulfillment in simply helping others. It is a choice to only care about dominance and power.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/26 01:58 PM

No, it’s not the same. Money is a need that helps you access needs like food, water, shelter, and healthcare that you will die without. No one ever died from not having a girlfriend.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/26 01:53 PM

Making themselves happy is by default improving themselves when they are currently just miserable online
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/26 01:51 PM

Research overwhelmingly disagrees with your assertion
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/26 01:49 PM
2

I mean plenty of men actively choose to be single and / or be childfree who could easily do the opposite if they wanted, which indicates these choices make them happy.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/26 01:48 PM

Ah yes, because as we know, no one ever dies from hunger or malnutrition.

There are aromatic and asexual people who don’t need or want these things. There is no one who can survive without food.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/26 01:46 PM

Money fulfills literal life or death needs. Dating doesn’t. It’s a false equivalency.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/26 01:44 PM

No, forcing people to be in relationships is definitely far more cruel lol
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/26 01:43 PM

Research on men’s loneliness shows men are lacking both romantic relationships and friends. Since friends are easier to make and maintain, that is the obvious place to start. It will also help with social skills, as well as increase dating opportunities by default. And no, women don’t just assume men are trying to get into their pants, otherwise they wouldn’t be blindsided and devastated when they find out that’s the case with someone they thought was a friend.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/26 01:40 PM

Life is all about choices. Instead of the gym, try doing hundreds of other physical activities in groups meant to also foster socialization and community. Plenty of these groups are completely free.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/26 01:38 PM

Research on men’s loneliness shows they are both lacking romantic partners AND friends. Since friends are far easier to make and maintain, that seems like a very reasonable place to start for most. It will by default expose them to more dating opportunities too. Also, literally no one is negative about single men. They are rightfully negative about misogynists, whether they’re single or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/26 01:28 PM

If you really can’t find a reason to care about other people, then don’t sit there and wonder why you’re single. Also, you could always volunteer at an animal rescue if you’re really that pressed about helping other human beings.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/26 01:26 PM

No one is denying them sex because they aren’t entitled to sex in the first place lol. They should want to improve the world because they care about others and want to be a good person.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/26 01:25 PM

A former incel I know irl was like this. We tried for YEARS to tell him to just go out and get involved in things, and he would claim he has and it doesn’t work blah blah blah Then one day he had enough of not trying and finally started doing it while also actively working on his social skills and going to therapy. Today, you would never fucking guess he was an incel. He’s so charismatic, positive, etc - just someone other people want and like to be around now. He has lots of friends and usually…
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/26 01:23 PM

All of those things can be derived from people who aren’t a romantic partner though lol

The manosphere says this pretty frequently in all their communities, it’s nothing new
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/26 05:14 AM

I have quite literally only heard men say this as a way to mock, demean, etc women, so take it up with your brethren
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/26 09:14 PM
4

We end up doing it because we have to live there too. I don’t want to smell your filthy laundry. I don’t want to attract cockroaches because you leave dirty dishes in the sink for days. I don’t want to sit on a pissed on toilet seat. I don’t want to risk my cats getting into your moldy trash you left out. Etc So yes, we often do have to do it because we live there too.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 07:08 PM
4

Plus, op is mostly mentioning things that they’d only be doing occasionally, while women typically have a long list of this stuff needing to be done daily.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 07:03 PM
1

The problem is that compromises need to be made because it’s a shared space. I don’t want to be smelling dirt laundry. I don’t want to attract cockroaches due to dirt dishes being left in the sink for days. I don’t want my cats to get into some moldy food that was left out. Etc These are the reasons why women end up picking up the slack.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 07:00 PM

Because we have to live in the same house with these men??? I don’t want to smell his dirty laundry, I don’t want to attract cockroaches because he didn’t throw his trash away or leaves dirty dishes in the sink for days, I don’t want to sit on a pissed on toilet seat, etc (Not an issue with my current partner, but absolutely has been an issue with others in the past)

My boyfriend LOVES big and extravagant. So did pretty much all my male exes. Was it required or expected? No. But I saw how much doing it meant to them and how moved they were to be celebrated like that. Every single guy I’ve been with has said some version of “no one’s ever done something like this for me,” which I find terribly sad. And I know from experience that this stuff actually tends to go much further for men than for women because men don’t are rarely shown big, meaningful, thoughtful …
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 06:45 PM
2

I mostly agree with you, but some people simply do not like celebrations like this, and that’s okay. On my birthday every year, it’s just me, my partner, the cats, breakfast tacos, sweatpants, and being lazy all day. I don’t even talk to anyone else, not even a text. Some people are just uncomfortable with celebrations. Even for personal accomplishments I don’t like celebrations because I absolutely hate being the center of attention, even with my friends. Add to that a situation like this is go…

It doesn’t have to be on your actual birthday though
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 06:30 PM

You want to know why you’re still friends with her? Because her friendship with you is superficial. Her friendship with those other women was deeper, and with that can come a lot of ebbs and flows or going deep enough to realize you aren’t compatible as friends. It wasn’t performative simply because it didn’t last. That’s you projecting to try and justify putting fuckall effort into your friendships and loved ones. And you can boast about “being there when it matters most” but the fact is that m…

Yeah, there is a reoccurring theme here with op doing the bare minimum. I mean, paper plates? 💀
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 06:23 PM
2

I can't imagine being in a friendship so fickle that unless I do customize interactions then the whole relationship will fall apart. That’s not at all what they said though. Enjoying being made to feel special and loved doesn’t mean they are expecting it or that it will cause a rift if it doesn’t happen. The point is that women want to go above and beyond for other people to make them feel good (not just acknowledged) vs the bare minimum of little more than a google alert. It’s not performative.…
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 06:18 PM

And this is precisely why women’s friendships with each other tend to be closer and more intimate than men’s friendships with one another.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 06:11 PM

It’s not about what you want though, it’s about what the other person wants since it’s their birthday. And the fact is that men routinely express hurt over never being given gifts, flowers, etc and talk about how lonely and unloved it makes them feel. So clearly significant amount of men do care, but don’t know how to ask for it. People just want to know you meaningfully thought about them, who they are, what they like, what they do. For many people- men included - being little more than a googl…

You say this, and yet tons of men here routinely express hurt over no one ever getting them gifts, flowers, etc
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 06:06 PM

You said yourself that these are normal adult responsibilities. So why is it on a partner to act like your mommy and ask you to do everything you should already be doing? Especially when it’s all so easy according to you, including remembering to do these things. We’re not talking about helping with something that wasn’t their responsibility like in your example. We’re talking about cleaning his own clothes, taking the trash out when he sees it full, making his own doctors appointments, etc
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 06:04 PM
5

He finds it easy because his kid is 15, still sees his mom part time, and he chooses not to waste time cleaning and instead spend time “making memories.” I definitely do not want to see the house of a man who leaves cleaning on the back burner and has a 15 year old male roommate lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 05:59 PM
4

Yeah, planning a date now and then is emotional labor, but not the daily house and family management women most often do lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 05:55 PM
2

Women aren’t complaining about normal venting or comforting. They are specifically talking about persistent trauma dumping with typically no reciprocation.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 05:54 PM
3

Same, and I also don’t know any dedicated and involved single or partnered dads who have said it was easy. In fact, that’s what they most need to complain and vent about when having a beer with friends.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 05:52 PM
-1

Oh, so he missed all the hardest years lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 05:51 PM

A really moody roommate who listens to music too loud
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 05:48 PM
3

Yeah, and the reason is literally that single moms are financially worse off than single dads. A causative relationship has been demonstrated. And single moms are worse off financially due to the baseline gender pay gap + mom penalty that lowers their pay even further. Meanwhile, it’s the exact opposite for men - dads are more likely to receive promotions and raises than men who aren’t fathers. These things are easier for you because you’re literally playing on easy mode.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 05:43 PM

Do you think your brain expends no energy to do these things or something..?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 05:39 PM

Yeah, op said “remembering birthdays” while completely leaving out searching for gifts and cards, wrapping them, getting everyone to sign the card, and if applicable, planning a party or just a get together of some sort.

Because men’s bad behavior is always women’s fault /s
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 05:28 PM

Same for men
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 05:27 PM
5

Men’s bad behavior being blamed on women yet again lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 05:25 PM
2

If it’s like op said and all of this is just “being an adult,” then why isn’t he doing it because he’s an adult? What makes a woman not “worthy” of being treated as an equal?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 05:24 PM
10

Gen Z women increasingly don’t. And there’s several studies supporting that.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 05:22 PM

Cool, good for you, but research shows it negatively impacts most women and men.

So you don’t care about cockroaches then, got it
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 05:18 PM

Lmao, you actually said men are scraping their own doctors appointments? Bro, there are literal studies on this topic. Men do not go to the doctor lmao

2

Yeah, fuck them kids and poor men
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/26 10:00 PM

It’s literally no different than non-sexual assault, but y’all aren’t bitching about that because you can’t somehow blame women over it.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 07:32 PM
7

It’s not vague, it’s just broad. It’s no different from non-sexual assault. That encompasses everything from throwing a drink at someone to curb stomping them.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 07:31 PM
7

Literally no one calls being asked out sexual assault, y’all are such drama kings
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 07:30 PM
3

Ew. Why do you need to know the details about how someone was sexually violated or how they violated someone sexually? Do you need a picture painted for you because you’re trying to get off on it?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 07:29 PM
6

Lmao crickets
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 07:26 PM
4

You do know what happened. They were sexually violated.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 07:23 PM
5

Why do you need to know the details of someone’s sexual assault? That is also quite creepy. Are you trying to get off on what happened to them or something? All you need to know is that they were sexually violated.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 07:23 PM
9

Right. The definition is broad, not vague.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 07:21 PM
10

Their understanding of science is also blatantly rudimentary and insufficient too
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 07:18 PM
8

Still waiting on evidence that women lead by emotions more than men
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 07:17 PM
5

You don’t know how science works if you think context like gendered socialization doesn’t matter. Literally any statistician will tell you data is meaningless without proper context.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 07:13 PM
4

Yeah right 💀 It’s literally a trope that women want men to be more emotionally available. Additionally, research continually shows women do most of the emotional labor in heterosexual relationships, mixed gender friendships, and in the workplace, indicating that men are actually more trusting of women when it comes to being emotional than they are of other men. Lmao, the kids should really strip you if that bullshit flair
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 07:12 PM
7

That’s why I’m very confident in my assertion of what I’m writing I’m sorry, we can’t understand vague words like “confident” here. That’s women-speak.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 07:03 PM
8

Do you not have Google to look up current definitions in your jurisdiction, or what? If you aren’t sure about something, do the work to find out, instead of doing nothing and just blaming women because society won’t hold your hand and read the dictionary definition of every word someone says to you. Like goddamn man, take some accountability.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 07:01 PM
8

Op is “it depends on what the definition of is is” in human form
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 06:58 PM
13

Not just contrarian. Incels simply won’t admit they have social weaknesses, because doing so would mean they’d need to work to develop social skills and couldn’t just blame women for their problems. But posts like these make it so blatantly apparent what their problems are.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 06:57 PM
27

Everyone knows men never describe someone as confident! /s
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 06:54 PM
22

There are literally thousands of feminist books and academic papers that go into all of these words and topics. In addition to legal definitions of SA. Op is too lazy to learn and just blames it on women lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 06:53 PM
2

Dumb as shit. There are literally entire feminist books and academic papers written on these topics. Literally thousands. Sexual assault also has legal meanings on top of it. Just say you’re too lazy to learn. Also, nice pretending like men don’t say “vague” shit like “confident” too.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 06:51 PM

People think all plastic surgery looks ridiculous and obvious because people with bad or excessive plastic surgery are those that lay people can actually tell have had surgery. The truth is, most plastic surgery looks natural. Some can be identified by those who have spent a lotttt of time researching plastic surgery, and many others would easily fool even a plastic surgeon. Men don’t really want natural, they just want the appearance of natural.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/26 11:44 PM
1

It’s weird you assume you need to be a jester. All you have to do is take initiative. Text her back in a timely manner. Talk about yourself, ask her questions about herself. Like literally just act like a normal human getting to know another human and show interest. It’s not that hard, there’s no jesting involved. Sometimes y’all make it really clear why y’all have such issues when you’re so dramatic over basic social skills.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/26 11:32 PM

Dumb asf 💀💀💀
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 09:56 PM

Exactly! I’d men would just go to gay clubs and get laid, then we would all be a lot happier. Oh wait, I forgot, only men are allowed to not want to fuck people they aren’t interested in fucking
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 09:55 PM

Lmao @ comparing women being slut shamed and victim blamed to women simply not being interested in dating men. My lord 💀

What are you talking about? The founder of that sub who advocated for species still running the sub back then lol
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 09:49 PM

Anyone who touches grass knows this too. All you have to do is go to fucking Walmart and look around. Plenty of average looking and below average looking dudes happily paired with partners. And they’re at fucking Walmart ffs, so they aren’t rich either.

Lmao misogyny pilled men are fighting for their lives to be deliberately disingenuous and not understand the op in these comments 💀
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 09:45 PM

Sounds like y’all are just lazy. At least women have spent centuries continuing to fight for the things they are excluded from
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 09:43 PM

Not if those men aren’t involved in crime. If you remove crime related assaults and murders from both categories, women are more at risk for random violence from men than men are.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 09:40 PM
2

This is such a braindead take. If only a minority of men are gangsters, and only a minority of women are into that, then ofc gangsters are going to be able to pair up lmao. That says literally nothing about the general dating patterns of women 💀 Y’all have no scientific literacy, istg
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 09:36 PM

Stop proving them wrong, it’s very rude!
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 09:34 PM

You also have no empathy apparently either. Shocking /s
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 09:33 PM

Except data shows the crime rates of the respective groups are highly dependent on other factors like class. Unlike men, who are overwhelmingly statistically more dangerous across time, class, country, culture, etc

Hit dogs holler. If you know we aren’t talking about men like you, then why are you going out if your way yo be offended. We can’t know which one of you are violent. But enough of you are to adopt a blanket approach of caution. This honestly shouldn’t offend you if you’re not the type we are trying to protect ourselves from. Our safety > your fragile ego
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 09:28 PM

Emotional abuse literally isn’t a crime. You can sue over it, but it is not, intact, treated as criminal in virtually any legal system (which is not at all to say it doesn’t do real harm - I’m just addressing your specific claim that it’s a crime).

It's the mental trauma that has the lasting effects, not the bruises. Male abusers with female victims are also significantly more likely to engage in symbolic abuse (property damage, etc - …

What are men mostly saving women from? Here’s a hint. It’s other men.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 09:05 PM

Right lmao. This argument is always so stupid. As if men introduce themselves as violent wife beaters
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 09:04 PM

What incels always leave out is that men are killed more because they are overwhelmingly more likely to be involved in crime. If you remove crime-related murders from both categories, women are more likely to be victims of random violence.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 09:02 PM

The evidence you’re looking for is all over this sub in the things these guys say. Well socialized people don’t say shit like “Chad” unironically
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/26 05:27 PM

Lmao I like how they’re just proving the comment OP’s point by needing the basics of conversation explained and broken down for them 💀
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/26 05:25 PM

Research shows most incels have never approached anyone at all though
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/26 05:14 PM

Maybe incels should stop making everything about themselves and realize people reject others for all sorts of reasons, including simply not being interested in dating anyone or already having a partner or interest.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/26 05:12 PM

So you’re basically confirming these men feel entitled to women then
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/26 05:09 PM

They will make up whatever they have to in order to be faux outraged at women and LARP their own victimization. Anything to avoid accountability.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/26 05:08 PM

NOT EVERYONE HAS SOICAL CIRCLES. Well yeah, that’s literally the problem we’ve been identifying for years and telling incels to work on instead of complaining about “you women” online all the time lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/26 05:06 PM

Literally because of what they said, grifters targeting them lol
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/26 05:02 PM

In a debate where neither side is citing evidence, it’s perfectly fine to agree with someone’s argument rooted in logic.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/26 05:01 PM

Not all of those men are unhappy being single, you know that, right? They also aren’t all in this sub.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/26 04:59 PM

Sex workers have to do market research, make content these days, develop skills for lighting and editing, advertise themselves, and full service sex workers have to field texts and screen people all day long. And that’s not even getting to the physical aspect of it. It’s work, and it’s a hell if a lot more than an hour or two being out into it.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/26 03:30 AM

If the expectations aren’t realistic, yeah. By having very high standards, you’re actively making your dating pool smaller. It has nothing to do with men in general.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/26 03:25 AM

That’s objectively untrue and easily observable if you ever touch grass and see all the couples around you lmao

Couldn’t agree more
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/26 03:59 PM

You’ve never been in a relationship, have you? It’s literally just flirting. Scheduling time together. Sweatpants and Netflix on the couch. Cooking a new recipe together. Going on a walk. You clearly have no frame of reference for relationships if your first reaction is $500/week dates.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 11:32 PM
3

It’s not crazy to wonder. That’s why you communicate. But you also have to understand that there are alternative reasons for this behavior that has nothing to do with attraction. Like maybe she never liked these acts but did them before because she hadn’t yet learned to establish boundaries and be confident enough to say no, or she thought she had to do it to keep a guy interested but hated it, or she had a bad experience (possibly even SA) that made doing it more traumatic for her. It’s okay to…

No one actually cares if you don’t want a relationship. It’s when you keep announcing it for some reason and blaming women for it that it becomes weird. Just simply… don’t be in a relationship. It’s not hard.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 11:22 PM

Poor men. Can’t hold two concepts in their head at the same time :(
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 11:20 PM

She does what any close friend would do, plus sex. It’s not that complicated.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 11:15 PM

One of my hook ups was 4’11 (have been with man others between 5’ and 5’5”), and a ton have been soft spoken and sweet. Idk why y’all think y’all know everything about women, it’s pathological at this point You’d have to first see women as people to understand the latter, so there’s no point in explaining.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 11:13 PM
4

Yep, same, looks were a small factor and “masculine energy” wasn’t a factor at all lol
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 11:11 PM

Every single fling I’ve had wanted to hang out and have fun outside of sex, so try again
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 11:08 PM

I mean, married men live longer, single men have higher rates of depression, men desire marriage more than women now, and divorced men want to remarry at much higher rates than divorced women, so… yeah, seems like women do tend to add to men’s lives.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 11:03 PM
1

Literally just go to a sex club, you will get laid
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 11:00 PM

Seems like a men’s issue if that’s a contributing factor for women not wanting the casual sex y’all are so desperate for lol

Lmaoooo

/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 10:33 PM

It’s literally a stereotype for attractive women to be with much less attractive men, not the other way around. This is just some weird incel narrative y’all keep parroting that only further demonstrates yall don’t go outside.

Men make their wives clean skid marks from their underwear ffs, bffr 💀
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 10:20 PM

No, but they’re a hell if a lot more time consuming and even require more labor
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 10:11 PM

And the mind numbing monotony…
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 10:10 PM

I do both, and I’d MUCH rather mow every two weeks vs cook 3x/day and do laundry 5-7x/week, like are you kidding me???? That’s a no brainer.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 10:10 PM
3

Op literally just told you. She contributes financially, does all the cooking, housework, and child care, wtf do you mean what does she add to the man’s life? Lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 10:07 PM
2

You literally have no idea what asexuality is lmao Edit: or what Machiavellianism is
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 10:04 PM

Bruh why are you even trying to sexualize homeless people in the first place? That’s fucked up.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 10:03 PM

What? How is the woman working, and doing all the housework, cooking, childcare, and family management an example of women benefitting? 💀
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 10:01 PM
0

Yeah, it’s a poor analogy because 95% of men will never have to do any protecting in their life, unlike lions.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 09:59 PM
1

OP’s entire point is that men aren’t doing that. And no, studies actually show men desire long term relationships and marriage more than women now. Divorced men are also significantly more likely to want to remarry than divorced women.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 09:58 PM
-1

Filing for divorce is not initiating divorce. Men are just too lazy for admin work and women are socialized to do it
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 09:50 PM
0

Even then, women still substantially thrived lol
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 09:49 PM

You know women provide too, right? And lmao wtf are men protecting? 95% of men will never be in a position to protect against any sort of assailant. If anything, women with children do most of the protecting since the children are in their care most of the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 09:46 PM

When am I gonna find this gutter and why is some man going to pull me out? I’ve never been in a gutter and I’ve out-earned every male partner I’ve had.

Women aren’t the ones whining about a loneliness epidemic (despite the fact that studies consistently show they’re equally lonely and for decades before that, we’re more lonely than men).
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 09:33 PM
7

Women make very poor household leaders because they value their emotions over logic, No, that’s just you apparently. You seem to have a very difficult time understanding that people are different from you. whereas, men are able to be impartial without emotions. 💀💀💀 PLEASE. Men, who are responsible for the overwhelming majority of violent crime, bar fights, serial killing, mass shootings, suicide bombings, road rage incidents, domestic violence, stalking, etc etc etc You are absolutely delusional…
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 09:21 PM
6

Men should lead, protect, and provide for their families without complaint and women should manage the household and be a companion for their husbands without complaint. Or - and stay with me here - people should do whatever the fuck they want, and whatever works for their relationship. Also, if moms are with the kids the most, then it’s the moms doing most of the leading and protecting and actionable providing lol I know someone will say that’s oppression and not empowering, but my relationship…
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 09:03 PM

Doesn’t have to benefit women, it can be totally neutral. It just shouldn’t harm women, or men for that matter.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 08:45 PM

But you just said it’s the woman raising the kids? It would be her legacy, not his.

“Masculinity is when women can’t work and compete with men in the job market” 💀
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 08:38 PM

So like… how women have universally been pressured for at least a century to remove all the hair on their body below the eyebrows? Compared to some recent, tiny niche expectation 99.5% of people have never heard of? That’s your example for how men are shamed more than women?

Is that why women have worse outcomes in hospitals? (Heart attacks, etc) Is that why girls are less likely to be diagnosed with adhd and autism until later in life? Is that why more research has gone into erectile distinction than endometriosis? Is that women’s reproductive rights have been stripped from them?

How is toxic masculinity inherently hating on boys and men when plenty of boys and men don’t display toxic masculinity, but healthy / positive masculinity instead? Do you not know what the function of adjectives are? You’re the only one conflating toxicity with men here. If it was just about shitting on boys and men, we’d just call it masculinity lol You really think trad wives aren’t called out? What planet do you live on..? And yes, that is an example of medical misogyny.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 07:49 PM

Toxic feminist literally exists in the mainstream, even in feminism lol. There’s a whole ass wiki page on it. It’s not our fault you don’t bother to google and verify before making claims.

It’s probably the second most ridiculed cosmetic procedure that exists, second only to lip filler (and probably because way more people have lip filler than BBLs) Absurd they’d even suggest otherwise.

I mean it’s just objective fact. Safety issues, pregnancy, and anatomically being more susceptible to STDs, in addition to societal slut shaming. Plus, women rarely ever get an orgasm out of it. But that doesn’t mean sometimes women don’t feel those risks are worth it at times, especially when steps to mitigate those risks are taken.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 06:53 PM

How much time does the average man spend to get ready for a date? How much for women?

I have. Still agree with them.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 06:30 PM

Even std risks aren’t even. Women are actually more susceptible to contracting STIs due to anatomy. There’s an even greater risk if they engage in pubic hair removal, which is much more prevalent among women than men.

In younger demographics, yeah. Majority of women in these demographics are progressive, and most people want someone politically aligned with them.

Many women auto-reject me because they can tell very fast that they have no leverage over me based on how I look and act. This is some of the most hilarious cope I’ve ever seen. However, after they become emotionally invested after a while, and they sense that I'm just as uncommitted as before, they start to freak out a little because they realize for the first time in their lives they are not the one in control Now I know you’re cosplaying. Oh, you mean how men held society back for centuries by excluding half the population from contributing to it? All that intelligence, talent, creativity, etc, completely lost to time because of men’s fragile egos. Then when men finally allowed women to just barely participate, they stole and took credit for the women’s work that helped build society. Horrible example. Laugh…

How does that suggest they want to be good citizens? To me it seems more like simply an unwillingness to evolve and adapt and step down from positions of power and into more a more egalitarian standing.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 05:55 PM

You can't use statistics to justify bad treatment of entire demography. Where did op say that? They literally went out of their way to not say that lol. They said they may not like men or be more cautious around men. That’s not the same thing as treating men like shit. Y’all really can’t help yourselves when it comes to strawmanning the op. How is it connected? Why would women want to have sex with men when they rarely orgasm from it, while men virtually always do?

Women shoplift far more than men but we dint ban women from shopping. Because women shop more, especially those with families. Women commit more infanticide but we don’t ban them from being alone with infants. Because women actually take care of children far more than men. Women commit all paternity fraud Because men literally can’t commit paternity fraud??? Lmao yet aerobics, palates, yoga etc., can be extremely female dominated with no such cuts. Men commit the overwhelming majority of crime regardless of race, religion, country, economic status, etc relative to women. This is not true when it comes to race. Middle and upper class black folks have crime rates similar to other races.

Which is not the same thing as calling them powerless, so what’s your point?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 05:24 PM

You’re forgetting third parties. Trump only got 49% of the vote.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 05:11 PM

How is not bottling up emotions not beneficial to men?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 05:08 PM

And by “making us feel safe” we don’t mean protecting us from an attacker, we simply mean you not attacking us and being supportive of us emotionally.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 05:06 PM

Those “dating App Experiments” don’t support your arguments at all, actually. Women rated fewer men physically attractive, but their attraction increased upon reading profiles. They then messaged men all over the physical spectrum. Meanwhile, men rated more women attractive, but only messaged the top 10% in attractiveness. So no, 80 year old grandmas aren’t getting shit lmao Also, some men are literally turned on by women’s sexual history, let alone the millions more who simply don’t care. What …
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 04:59 PM

Grass. Have you heard of it?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 04:51 PM

A tax on childless women? What sort of tax is going to come anywhere close to the cost of a child lmao Women will just pay the discriminatory tax and continue not having children.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 04:50 PM

Men aren’t discriminated against in divorce to any systemic degree
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 04:43 PM

So now it’s women responsibility to get into a relationship with men who hate women so that men won’t hate women? This is the entire point. Men are mad women have autonomy lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 04:36 PM

I don’t know where you live, but go anywhere even slightly conservative and it’s hard to find a man who isn’t like that. Meanwhile, I’ve only met the female counterpart at protests, which is unsurprising.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 04:32 PM

So, women not looking to settle down and the predominant age group participating in casual relationships in which looks are prioritized..? Wow, I can’t believe teenagers would be so shallow!
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 04:19 PM

Lmao, imagine being proud of learning nothing and making no progress for 25 years. Obama didn’t violate due process or send deportees to brutal prisons in foreign nations for indefinite detention.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 04:14 PM

Don’t forget mass violation of due process
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 04:08 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate04/12/25 06:28 AM

If you ask them out casually (and take rejection well), that’s usually not an issue. It becomes an issue when the guy gets mad at rejection, severs the friendship entirely but remains in the group, professes his love (again, as opposed to “would you want to get coffee some time?” Etc), doesn’t take no for an answer or takes no for an answer on the surface but then tries to flirt (something he never did prior to asking you or his “confession”), etc It can occasionally also happen if the person yo…

Because the guy waiting around trying to be friends then date 9/10 will be ignored for a guy who randomly walts in and asks for her number while calling her cute. You’re absolutely clueless. Guys that do that are a dime a dozen. Nothing special, don’t stand out, predictable, another annoyance, another discomfort, easily replaceable, never hard to find, endless supply. These are the guys “I have a boyfriend” (she doesn’t), “I’m not into men” (she is), and fake numbers were literally made for lmao

/r/PurplePillDebate04/12/25 05:55 AM

They shouldn’t be waiting until their feelings are so high though, that’s the point. Either they need to have a reasonable read of reciprocation and ask them out, or they need to take a break from the friendship much sooner to process and live on from those feelings and just tell her he’ll be busy for a while.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/12/25 05:53 AM
2

If they’re in your friend group, you should have a pretty good idea of whether they’re an asshole or not before you ask them out. I feel like people like your friend get blinded by hotness or a desire to have sex with them that they completely overlook the fact that the woman is an obvious jerk, then they end up ultimately in situations like you describe.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/12/25 05:51 AM

Pretty much what the other user said. You need to be able to get a read on whether feelings are likely reciprocated or not. I’ve had guys who I was friends with for years, they profess their love for me, and they’re confused I don’t feel the same. When I ask them why they thought I felt differently, the things they bring up are insane. Most things I don’t even remember. It will be tiny insignificant little things or simply telling them “i like that shirt on you” once two years ago. Or it’ll be t…

I disagree. Literally one of the number one complaints women have on dating apps is blank profiles, and non-productive profiles that don’t really tell you anything about the guy. So long as it’s not worded like a job resume and has some personality to it, I love detail. And if I’m not immediately drawn to a guys photo, a detailed profile can absolutely draw me in. In fact, I’d say that was the case for almost every single guy I’ve gone out with from an app now that I think about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/12/25 05:24 AM

You sound awfully bitter toward women for someone who claims to be happily single lol
/r/PurplePillDebate04/12/25 05:18 AM

Yes, of course. Dating apps are highly efficient. Even with the garbage of paywalls and bots these days, they’re still wildly more efficient than just doing things in person. Even for men. You get to sort through numbers you really can’t in real life. Depending on the app you use (or how you choose to use a given app), you can eliminate people from your dating pool for incompatibilities without ever talking to them. In real life, it often takes people at least a few dates to talk about things li…

Some data have over half of married couples having met on apps, so I wouldn’t be so quick to dismiss this. If I meet someone in person, it may take me 3+ dates to find out fundamental incompatibilities like politics, religion, marriage, kids, etc. By then, I’ve either wasted time or our feelings are overriding reason and we decide to keep trying for something hopeless and waste even more time. In all cases, assuming I liked them otherwise, I’m probably really disappointed and maybe even a little…

Why should your traits be passed down? The average person is not special. And you also risk passing down undesirable traits. This is just a very verbose way of saying you’re big mad women have bodily autonomy and can’t be forced to be with men they don’t want to be with lmao Men are not victims of women having autonomy.

I mean, it doesn’t? For decades, studies showed women were lonelier than men. No one gave a fuck. There was no “female loneliness epidemic.” Then in the last decade or two, men have caught up. Now studies typically show men and women are pretty equally lonely. Yet it is still not called the “loneliness epidemic.” It is called the “men’s loneliness epidemic,” and women’s loneliness continues to be completely erasured.

What a painfully reductive view of human psychology. Victims aren’t bad people for being victims. They virtually always have trauma and low self esteem, and abusers specifically seek them out based on such criteria. This applies regardless of any gender involved. Many people who end up in abusive romantic relationships grew up with familial abuse (as a direct victim and / or witness), so their sense of what is normal and what love should look like is skewed. No one knowingly chooses a bad partne…

What do you mean hold up your end of the bargain? Men commonly don’t pay child support and are rarely ever held accountable for it legally according to data. Not even half of parents owed child support - mostly women with male coparents - ever receive full payment. Meanwhile, only 14% of fathers with CS debt are jailed for it. So y’all aren’t holding up shit. Instead, you blame women for not being clairvoyant.

Whereas half the time a woman discloses abuse in a past relationship, there’s a man telling her to choose better. It’s even more true if the topic like a deadbeat dad comes up. Lol. Men always want rewards and pats on the head for being a basically decent human being. You’re not a good person if your good behavior is dependent on recognition for it. If those women not saying thank you is enough to make you stop doing what any decent person would do, then you just simply aren’t a good person. Good people intervene because they want to try and stop people from being victimized.

The ways women are taught to treat men (that Different_Crest just outlined) aren’t good and just though lol. That’s the entire point. /r/PurplePillDebate07/11/25 12:06 AM

The difference is that society holds men to them far more than it holds women to them. Lmao, op literally gave an example of how it’s the complete opposite. /r/PurplePillDebate06/11/25 11:39 PM

Exactly how is “choose better” educating anyone? Women don’t give a fuck about other men changing their shitty partner, they literally just don’t want to be blamed for a man’s misbehavior and abuse. Edit: so from your other comment it seems you mean women wanting men to call out other men out for being abusive, misogynist, etc? Then that’s literally not for “only her,” it’s beneficial to literally half the population lmao. It’s also weird af you’re framing it as some sort of dating scheme instea…

That doesn’t explain why men who choose bad women most commonly elicit sympathy. So why do y’all “educate” the women but not the men? Also, y’all aren’t really educating the women anyway. You’re just blaming them. They may not like them, but if thry are having consensual sex with them, then they typically always want to have sex with them and made a lot of effort to be able to. You don’t have to like someone to want to have sex with them lol

Decriminalization , not legalization. There is a difference between the effects of both. It may sound counterintuitive, but sex workers usually advocate only decriminalization, as it is more effective at protecting sex workers and reducing sex trafficking.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/25 07:22 PM

No, actually, many women, sex workers, and feminists are because data show that decriminalizing sex works substantially helps to protect sex workers and reduce sex trafficking. You don’t have to be pro-sex work to be pro-sex worker and pro-decriminalizing sex work.

/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/25 12:08 AM

Lmao most casual sex pairings consist of people who are the same level of attractiveness. You’re straight up delusional. You desperately need to interact with the real world, my guy. E: we only “expect” those men who care about sexual histories to 1. not actively shame women about it, even if they continue to have that “standard,” and 2. Quit fucking bitching about how you can’t find any women who want to be with you when you continue to have such a ridiculous standard.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/25 12:04 AM

If you look around, most women are married to average looking men who never had the opportunities for hedonism that women get You realize that attraction is subjective, right? /r/PurplePillDebate05/10/25 11:46 PM

I’ve literally never had to hide my past from a dude. Not a single guy I have ever dated has ever given a shit about it. You’re making shit up in your head. No woman I have ever known has had a dude care about her sexual past, because most dudes who actively date don’t care about that. And if any of us did date a guy like this, we’d immediately stop seeing them as soon as we found out about it. Edit: none of my male friends have ever cared about this in any of the women they’ve dated either, btw
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/25 11:28 PM

She never called those hook ups love lmao She even explicitly said “random dude” and “fuck buddy,” not “boyfriend” She’s not conflating sex and love, she’s making the distinction incels don’t, which was her entire point. The reason you don’t get this is because you don’t see the difference, exactly like she said. So congrats for illustrating her point.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/25 11:25 PM

Average and even below average looking guys who are kind and not misogynistic are getting laid all the time. Takes one trip to Walmart to see that.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/25 11:21 PM

Their “reputation” can be known, it doesn’t mean the women dating them believe it. The man manipulates and lies to her about the other woman having lied, and she believes him. But that’s the exception. In most cases, the woman has no idea going in, and the abuse doesn’t start right away. It’s a process of slowly letting a mask slip. Average length of a relationship before abuse starts is 2 years.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/25 11:16 PM

The irony of you saying women are the ones talking about it when you’re a man posting and initiating a whole ass discussion about it lol. It is mostly men complaining online, and women responding to that.

Yes, because poor people have more children lol. Poorer nations have always had higher birth rates. They’re not having children because they want to and because they’re happy, they’re doing it because of a lack of education, a lack resources to prevent or terminate pregnancy, and a lack of other opportunities wherein, yes, they are forced to settle down with many that many wouldn’t otherwise settle down with if they actually had options (like pursuing a career).
