All my friends who are married and had kids stopped being wives and put motherhood on full blast. You can even see it on their social media feels is you scroll through them. It was all about their relationship, then marriage and couples things and once babies popped out, nothing but kid pics galore and mommy captions. The guy is lucky if he makes the social media feed after babies. Just crazy it’s the same for all of them! It’s actually kinda sad.

I’m chased consistently. I’m going to be chased whether I want to be or not, that’s just basic facts when it comes to being a woman. This is why so many women just laugh at men, because they will never learn social etiquette. They chase no matter what and it’s pathetic.

All my boyfriends have come from real life socializing. I tried dating apps a year back and the whole thing was so bizarre. Too many guys getting sexual too fast, not knowing how to have a conversation, or never getting the courage to ask me out so I’d lose interest and ghost. I deleted the dating apps and went back to how I’ve always met men, by socializing. It’s honestly so much easier and not “choose from a catalog” type deal.

If you’re an insecure male who wants power over your partner, and refers to women as female…then yea.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/22 08:45 PM

Bingo. Clingy/desperate women might stay in this type of toxic relationship but smart women won’t play this game. Eventually a smart woman will lose interest and fade out.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/22 09:13 PM

Males being porn obsessed is a big turnoff. I don’t have time for dudes like that, and would rather not even breathe the same air as them tbh.

Guys who fuss about who pays typically don’t get dates with me. All the guys I have agreed to date, pay without discussion over it.

Nah, instead of making things into your own narrative you should just ask. Since you’d rather make things up to suit your perspective, guess you’ll just be without. Enjoy making those assumptions though, peace.

Lmao people out here making up their own narratives. My comment is about partners not myself. Draw your silly narrative though haha

I look into casual sex encounters separately. Committed relationships don’t change anything, but if he’s had more than five causal sex encounters (for example), I’m not going to be interested in him. Guys into casual sex are red flags and not guys I’d want as a partner.

Personally I’m very physically active. I don’t find a guy attractive who sits around playing video games or bingeing tv. It’s a behavior I don’t want to be around not have in my life.

There’s no competition when you’re the one everyone is competing with. If anything, I definitely notice more looks when I dress to the nines but my attitude is more of a, “eat your heart out” type lol

Makeup is different for everyone. I personally think it’s fun to play with, just like fashion is. I’m not wearing it to impress dudes, I’m wearing it because I want to. It’s not that deep.

Never asked a guy out and never will, it’s just not my style at all. The last time I was rejected was in HS and it was over a guy asking another girl to homecoming when I had hoped he’d ask me. Turns out he preferred blondes over brunettes and then I got asked out by another guy and forgot about the first dude lol
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/22 08:11 PM

People like the narrative of there being someone better because they can’t accept that they just aren’t good enough. I’d rather be single than entertaining a dude who I’m not into.

All the guys I’ve ghosted I just realized I wasn’t into them. People over analyze ghosting when some of us ghosters don’t put much thought into it and just aren’t into the guy so we move on.

The main reason for me is that I don’t use IG to showcase my lifestyle, or show my personal life in any way. I use it for my art and that’s it.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 05:02 PM

Instead of talking on social media, ask them out on dates. Eventually you will figure out which you like more, or maybe you will end up liking either. Chating through a screen isn’t dating, it’s a facade and not real. I don’t talk to guys through a screen, if he doesn’t ask me on dates I ignore him. Don’t want to waste my time. I don’t think you’re attacking me. I just don’t see the point of being loyal to a guy unless he’s made it clear he wants exclusivity. I’m not a mind reader so unless we t…

Then someone like you wouldn’t be compatible with me since you’re uncomfortable with how I date. It can vary and has with me, when it comes to being exclusive. Sometimes I can feel a strong connection and trust right away, like say as soon as a 3rd date, and will be hopeful he wants to discuss being exclusive that soon as well. Other times, I want to date without expectations and take out time getting to know one another before having and exclusive conversation right away. This could be because …

I’d say “dating” after a 3rd date. I only stop swiping or dating others once we are official, otherwise it’s all fair game to me.

I’m going to add—guys who grew up with their father always working and away on business for months at a time. A guy I dated had this dynamic growing up. His mother leaned on him for emotional support since her husband was never home. She’d call him for everything and him the same. Also, he complained his dad was never there for him and he felt like he was raised by a single mom and she was his rock. I realized there was no becoming the number one woman in his life since his mom already had that …

I only know of one guy who stayed single after his 7yr relationship but instead of having someone lined up, he opt’d for fboi on the apps. He’s still like that to this day and always justifies it by saying “it’s so much less complicated”. On the apps he lists “relationship” for what he’s looking for.

I had an ex tell me he’d kill me if I ever left him. We weren’t even fighting, it just casually came up getting ready for work when I was in the bathroom putting on my makeup and he was tying his tie. He ended up cheating with a woman he worked with and I remember thinking, that was my exit. I got lucky, she was his distraction so I could get away.

I consider it overstepping. I’ve had colleagues, neighbors, friends, etc try to set me up and I’ve always declined. My romantic life isn’t up for grabs for others to be involved in. I’ve found a lot of people will say things like, “oh he’ll just love you!” And it’s like, well duh. I’m hot, have my life in order, a successful career. What these people never consider is if I’ll like the guy or if I even WANT a guy in my life right now. They just bypass that whole part. I’m not putting myself in a …

Reason #103 to ghost him
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/12/21 01:11 PM

It can be as simple as how they speak to you. I had a guy take me on a date and tell me he thought I “was just going to skate off my looks” throughout it. It was actually really hurtful and I didn’t know what to say. He didn’t even know me. He just made this rule for himself that because he thought I was beautiful he could insult me. I remember when I got home I cried.

I’ve dealt with this a lot. Typically I go the avoid/no response route but the last time I told the man I was uncomfortable with what he was saying and he backed off. I’ve learned to not speak to older men, can’t even be friendly because I worry they will get the wrong idea. Being a woman is like defensive driving 24/7.

It actually really breaks my heart to know most men enjoy porn, it just makes me sad. I’ve thought about this a lot, but I’ve found that porn and it’s existence isn’t the problem (obvi porn specifically is awful). It’s that mens hearts are easily influenced by it. Which can only mean one thing, if porn didn’t exist then their hearts still wouldn’t be good. This is a matter of the heart and it hurts to know most men don’t have good hearts.

It doesn’t matter if you fit his type or not, trust me. I’ve been told many times, “show me a beautiful woman and I’ll show you the guy who’s bored of f***ing her”. I’m tired of hearing that, you lose no matter what.

I can’t even begin to tell you the amount of DM’s I receive from not just married men, married men with kids, men who’s wives just had a baby, men in LTR’s, but also the husbands of acquaintances that also slide into my DM’s. They really have no shame. Those heart emoji’s and flames go off like it’s business as usual to them. I’m talking men with women who post influencer type family photo op’s of their everyday life. I don’t OLD so this isn’t a issue for me. Attraction matters and looks are subjective. I couldn’t be with someone I’m not attracted to, the people that can aren’t very happy couples.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/21 11:22 PM
1

You could be right. All the guys I’m really attracted to my friends say are below my league haha but I can’t help what I like. I get a lot of snobby dudes hitting on me all the time when I’m out, it’s annoying. Especially when I’m eyeing the wallflower quiet guy at the end of the bar lol I’m impossible.

I don’t think men are more sentimental, both genders can be sentimental. I just don’t entertain ex’s at all, it’s a personal choice and everyone is different with it.

/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/21 05:32 PM

If quality isn’t there then yea, they can’t find it OLD. It’s rare and they know that.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/21 05:24 PM

That’s because attraction still matters, it’s not the highest standard but it still matters. It doesn’t need to be the only requirement but everyone should enjoy someone they are attracted to, this goes for both genders.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/21 04:39 PM
5

That’s the thing though, dudes can’t fathom that women would rather be single than have to settle. Women aren’t desperate (well maybe some are) just to have a dude. They want the whole package, otherwise they are happier single.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/21 04:37 PM

Even in real life a guy asking for commitment early on is scary. They don’t even know you haha how genuine can their commitment really be? I totally know what you’re talking about, it’s a huge turnoff.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/21 04:23 PM
4

I think it’s the opposite. Women who are interested in men with yachts or loads of money are not “top women”. They are after status/lifestyle, there’s nothing great about women like that.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/21 04:09 PM

She’s really pretty, way prettier than me imo. She’s educated and has a good career. She wants someone who is equal to her, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/21 03:52 PM
4

That’s true. I’ve seen some of these mens profiles and the sunglasses, far-away pics, blurry pics or pics with groups as profile pics all get a left. The effort to scroll down is non-existent so guys who want to use OLD should really put their best sell with that main photo.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/21 03:30 PM

I don’t know if she uses the age filter or not. I thought if you didn’t pay for the apps you couldn’t use filters but I’m not sure.

Lol I’m a beard type myself. Tbh, all my friends are educated so they want to see that on the main profile pic too and employment (so what are they doing with their education). My friend said she looks at that along with the pic and also age, if they don’t pass those qualifications she doesn’t scroll she just lefts them.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/21 03:02 PM

The personalities I’m attracted to wouldn’t be into OLD. Im talking guys who don’t have any social media and love books and actually picking up the phone to chat vs. text. I guess in the rare case I was interested in a guy who has dipped into OLD—I’d have to be very cautious with him and probably think a lot about if I even wanted to continue being interested after having that information. I don’t know if I’d want anything after knowing that.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/21 02:52 PM

Everything you said here is exactly it. Guys will right swipe everyone while the ladies will left swipe everyone. It’s so true. That profile pic has so much weight to it, facts! That’s all most women will ever see and make a decision on in less than a second. Edit: I’ve witnessed my friends do exactly what your girl friends do too.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/21 02:45 PM

1% isn’t just looks, again it’s easier to think that for many people. Agree, quality men and women are rare. I personally wouldn’t want to get involved with a guy who’s into OLD. That’s just me though.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/21 02:38 PM
5

That’s why not much value goes into it on the woman’s side, they know they have better chances to have something meaningful out in the real world. OLD is something to swipe when bored.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/21 02:33 PM
4

It’s not just about looks, so much more goes into it. I think people assume it’s all about looks because it’s easier to come to that conclusion than it is to understand “quality” men are rare.

This question is kinda weird because I don’t even give guys a chance who don’t meet my preferences so they never have the ability to respond because nothing ever gets started haha
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/21 01:34 PM

Ngl, this is kinda true. I mean I wouldn’t say OLD is only for losers but, the quality of guys is very much lacking. I don’t know any girls who take OLD seriously because of this. Most of my friends have an OLD profile setup for the possible chance of meeting the 1% guy and left swipe everyone else. I think a lot of guys see beautiful women OLD and think they are getting matches left and right but that’s just not the case from what I’ve heard. The woman has to be interested back to match, and mo…

I’ve definitely lost interest in sex in two relationships because they made it all about their orgasm vs. joint pleasure. Sex isn’t enjoyable for me when my body is just being used. That being said, I also lost interest in the relationships because that physical connection didn’t exist anymore so I ended up distancing myself from them, only to breakup with them eventually.

Personally, I can’t date a guy who’s on meds. Tried that before and the side effects from the meds were toxic. Made him angry, and withdrawn. So I guess I shouldn’t be with a guy who struggles with mental illness.

Teeth/dental hygiene is a big thing for me. I’ve met some physically fit guys who once they opened their mouth it was over for me. No one wants to kiss a guy with gingivitis ick!

Not a specific date rule, but I don’t sleep with a guy unless I have feelings for him and we are exclusive. Never had any complaints and in my case it doesn’t really matter honestly because I’m always the one ending things with guys. If I know I don’t see LTR with them, I end it which is pretty fast.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/21 09:44 PM

It’s a one way ticket to become a single parent since statistically most relationships don’t workout. Also, I’d love to be a mother but our world is falling apart. Kinda selfish to have kids just because I want to be a mother imo.

I was gunna say. Men & women who are willing to cheat on their partners are cowardly. This guy once told me his last relationship ended because he cheated. Do you think I wanted to date him? Hell no!
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/21 09:31 PM

“Pics or it didn’t happen”? Lol are you for real? 2003 wants its line back lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/21 04:21 PM

His response to you is low-key hate on women as a whole. He legit wants women to rate themselves lower than what they are since that’s how he rates them as a whole. Twisted dude.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/21 09:51 AM

Lol it’s just so funny to me because he wanted responses. I’m not going to argue with the guy about my reality. I mean, it’s obvious he can’t deal with it.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/21 09:47 AM

It’s 100% taking men some getting used to. We don’t need them for anything nowadays. We can even have babies on our own.

/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/21 12:40 AM
3

Sure. If a guy is still planning his life around his friends I know they are not ready for me. I want someone who wants me around, plans with me. I want my guy to be my best-friend. I recently turned down a guy I seriously liked but never told him how I felt. His life still revolves around his hobbies & friends. I don’t want to be compartmentalized. He’s been blowing up my phone all weekend but I haven’t answered him. He’s great but not ready for what I would need from him.

/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/21 12:19 AM

Yup. I’m not a man, so it’s not something I could know. I’m just me and that seems to work well. There’s no recipe for getting a man or woman to be attracted to you. Just be you, it’s always worked for me.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/21 12:17 AM
7

10, I’m the one who does the rejecting. It’s always been this way. I don’t know what men want because I’m not a man. I just know they are physically and mentally attracted to me. I get approached all the time because I take care of myself and enjoy looking put together. Sometimes I even reject guys I really like because I know they are not ready for me. Sucks but it’s happened.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/21 12:07 AM
