Polygamy is just natural. Nothing wrong with it. Even if my usual sex-object looks like mia khalifa i would "cheat" on her. But its honourless when you made a rule with your usual sex-object to not "cheat"

I like that. Eating well is my biggest problem. Its something i care about and want to care about. When im hungry i often eat sweets thats destroying my whole progress. I dropped about 40 pounds yet but in the last few weeks i cant eat well for some reason. In the beginning smoking cigarettes helped me alot because after i ate some healthy food it gave me the feeling of being "filled".. Dont want to quit cigs though i know they are unhealthy. Do you have a tip how to keep eating less?

Yes. This book is also about this. That is just not enough to pretend to give a fuck. Just give a fuck! Meditation also helps me with this. Because during meditation you can experience negative feelings but you keep sitting there and dont give a fuck about it! I can just totally recommend this book!
