The shove I explained why is correct. The link is irrelevant to the thread. Goodnight.

In the nicest way, read the court documents and see what their arguements were. We weren't in the courtroom, all your answers will be there.

Intent, force, criminal history etc. So much can be used against you but generally if you are a good person not known for violence we have something in the UK called "character" where it can be used in your favour. If you have never broke the law you sre less likely to have wanted to kill someone from shoving them or punching. If you have a violent past, your punch may be seen as aggression with intent to harm/damage. It isn't black or white and I dumbed it down as much as I could just for argue…

All these links, why don't you just read up on laws and charges or talk to lawyers and ask them? I originally was just trying to help you make sense of something, I am not your personal lawyer. Read the court documents and look at the arguments and cases and it will tell you the reasonings.

Premeditated theft most likely. They went in specifically to give this guy a hard time. A punch to the head is very different to pushing someone over. Why didn't he punch him in the arm? The stomach? The head is the most dangerous place to punch. That is probably why.

It is about intent, unless the court could prove she pushed her to kill her and no other reason you will not get a murder charge. THEY have to prove she did it purely to kill her. If they went for a murfer charge and couldnt prove it she would be found not guilty and not face any penalty. You have to go for a charge that will stick.

The tears are real, not tears of regret or remorse but tears for being caught and going to jail

You are right, easier to leave than be fired and have tax pay your legal fees, can't blame them, I have seen court cases go into the hundred thousands. We have ratings from a-k (not sure I can disclose costs) but let me say, we spend A LOT in a single day for cout cases, millions. As for prison, I will have to ask is there a pattern but he says it is usually "want to be gang members" who are the ones to do this mostly.

Maybe, I work for the ministry of justice. A lot of people in court end up losing their job regardless of what it is so a lot of it is dealing with legal aid whoch is a pain. My friend who is a prison guard says he has to stop 1-2 suicides every week! (Mens prison).

She will prob do 4 months but it is the criminal record that will be the real justice here. 4 months sounds short but I would not want 1 month in jail. Especially over something in the grand scheme of things as "minor".

I ask my friends out all the time, they know they pay their own way, I don't know why if it is opposite gender it has to be stated.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/05/22 03:28 PM

But if she was with her female friends would this need to be stated?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
