In many places it's a criminal offense to refuse to produce I.D. upon request. 4	Angry Woman Harasses and Tries To Grab Skaters, Justice Served At End Uh, call the police? Unless her life was in danger she doesn't have a compelling reason to act in this manner. Even IF she felt she was in danger, approaching them and stealing their skateboard hardly qualifies as self defense.
