| 1 | A Simple Reminder #2Yeah that is what I was thinking, I was all down to slay pussy in Germany, but honestly I am a fight with myself and that comes first. That is my plan... and all the time I used on training and nutrition will be focused on improving my german. I have trained legs and abs but the inspiration is not there though. | 4 | A Simple Reminder #2I love to train on rings for upper body, I was able to do 13 super strict slow muscle ups on them. But rings move so it is more comfortable to do the deep part, and you can do deep deeper. I stopped lifting 5 months ago, it will take a year of recovery ( that is what the doc says but i do not believe him) I will go to germany for a semester as an exchange student. I can't go with the recent operation so might have to postpone it for 6 months.
