Fair question, but no. Your attorney has an obligation to present the best case they can in your support. They do face an obligation to the court to act within the law.

That's.. Holy shit. That doesn't go to bias. That's literally legal strategy. If her findings were beneficial, she most likely wouldn't have been called by the prosecution to testify, tnt defense could have called her instead. Heards lawyers are so bad it's funny.

Oh I'm not saying she isn't guilty af, because she was. So was Peterson. Based on the rule of law, I couldn't have convicted either with the cases presented. Simply put, they had more evidence pointing to him, than they did to her. Odds are, 9/10 she's still getting convicted.

There was a lot more there, like the body and cause of death.. That makes a HUGE difference

Lack of any physical evidence(fuckton of circumstantial which is great, if you can make the case), bad prosecution with charges set to high, and a really good defense team.

Reddit has said repeatedly, misgendering will get you banned. Not one single person is defending the cunt. No one, not a single living being on reddit is defending them.

The issue isn't who it was about it. It was the blatant transphobia, which will get the entire sub nuked. Who she is, what she's done, what her dad did, is well known and was all over yesterday.

No no, not that. You're 100% right on that. The first part of what you said is what is stupid. "If you have kids from a previous relationship, you should date someone with kids from a previous relationship" Sorry bud, I'm glad you can admit that you aren't willing to take on someone else's kid, in fact I can respect you are honest and up front about it. Telling everyone else with kids from a previous relationship that they should only date people with kids is pretty stupid.

I'm all for public outcry, but change dot org petitions are literally the laziest and least amount anyone can do. A Twitter trend is more impactful

I've said that to some single moms I've known for years, they told me happy mothers day(when I was a single parent), but I've legit seen people try to discredit fathers day totally

It's also supposed to be to help that child have the same life style they would have with BOTH parents. When a stay at home mother to a rich father gets booted to the curb with the kids, giving her $1000 a month isn't right. It's not fair for the kids.

Oh not at all, that asking price was fucking stupid. But she and that child are entitled to 20% of his income. That's before counting other children he might have. Don't want to pay that in child support, stop having kids with people you don't plan on staying with.
/r/PussyPassDenied01/09/20 11:14 PM

Yeah, that's not how that works lol. The cost of providing for a child is a household cost, not a single individual cost you can just carve out.
/r/PussyPassDenied01/09/20 10:48 PM

It's based on your income. He brought the child into the world, he's responsible to help provide for that child. Not provide just the bare minimum

I'm in the South were country music is big, I heard that all over the damn place, that song was HUGE when it came out. Texas btw, still doesn't have equal penalties for domestic violence charges. Men are forced to a domestic violence class that costs roughly $520 while women, get to take the free anger management class. That class btw, is $20 a week for 26 weeks, if you miss 3 classes you have to start over, and can be used to extend or violate your probation for not completing it. The anger man…

That stupid song, "Before He Cheats," song is a great example of this. All I hear is an admission of multiple criminal charges and prosecution exhibit 1 It's not cute, it's not funny, and a guy would end up labeled an abuser and violent if he did this

On basic child support calculations, 20% for one kid.. That means she's making 8750$ a month.
