"let me invest my time and assets in a guy who is more likely to leave than I am" That's it, right there. Fear. Insecurity.

I'm so sorry you're an orphan. And you don't work for the same reason men work, because you're not one.

Then why are men denigrated for turning there noses up at career/egalitarian women? It seems like sour grapes to me. "You don't want equal partner? "You're insecure/want a slave/mom!"

The ongoing tension between US and South Korea. Several children were harmed/killed by an earthquake in Mexico. Backpack kid is the dumbest forced meme of 2017. Those are problems. Insecure women projecting their fears aren't a problem, it's bullshit. I will call it out though.

As a Muslim man, I don't do socializing with the opposite sex. I feel fine though, I've never been wanting for female friends. Then again, I'm not wanting for relationships with them oitside of family or marriage either.

For me to accept BEING with a woman of a promiscuous past would be like spitting in the face of my chastity. I've been waiting until marriage (yes, religious), so why should I BE with someone who hasn't? For me to ACCEPT a woman of a promiscuous past as a person, it's no big deal.

I've noticed a pattern of mine is that I enjoy the company of slightly older, overweight black girls. Like, I like when their boobs and butts hug their clothes but usually the stomach does too. And they've ranged from 10+ years than me down to 4 years.

I'd argue that men can sympathize, but to believe that we effectively put themselves in your shoes and say "I understand on a basic level the fear of turning up pregnant against my wishes, JUST LIKE A WOMAN DOES, isn't believable." Anyway, go find those studies.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/17 06:17 PM
0

"As far as I know" This is where you backup these claims with studies, or some proof of your assertion. I'd argue that sexual assault and rape are primal fears women have that most men don't relate to or empathize with. And why would we, we don't get pregnant.

"Why would men hate other men for being irresponsible in the context of pursuing sex with women?" "Because those men whine about having to pay child support." Way to miss the goalpost there, bud. Men with self respect don't complain about single moms or child support because they avoid them. Single moms complain about self respecting men avoiding them, because who wants a used up chick?

There aren't any memes calling women insecure for rejecting men on the basis of them being deadbeat fathers. Men know when they f*ck up, they either follow through or don't. They don't wallow, however. Addendum: Why would men hate other men for being irresponsible in the context of pursuing sex with women? That's stupid.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/17 10:26 PM
1

No, I wouldn't choose to be one. I think the hate for single mothers stem from how we men believe women resist every option to avoid becoming one. And then complain about their poor decisions.

OP, read up on roles, rights, and responsibilities of men and women in Islam. When a woman marries, which is completely her decision btw, she is entitled to maintenance (food, shelter, and clothing) from her husband. For the women ready to complain about independence blah blah blah, Islam does not prevent wives from working.

/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/17 08:46 PM

I believe in spiritual equality between the sexes; both are equal before God. Outside of that, the average man outdoes the average woman. Even by a tiny margin, everytime. Also women can't efficiently lead men, they can lead other women, but not men.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/17 08:42 PM
2

Equality between the sexes is impossible. I dare all women, stop taking birth control. Go have sex with a man. Are your concerns equal to his concerns?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/17 08:38 PM

Why'd I trigger them? Honest answer; Because I'm insecure and want approval. I mean, I got YOUR attention, right. ; )
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/17 12:34 PM
1

From what you describe, it does sound like a chicken. I however love the synergy between the sexes, and I believe it translates into a dominant man and a docile woman. It's not that her being independent is a problem in and of itself, it's the implications and potential defensiveness that bug me. It's meant to push others away.

Because women are my equals in spirit, a soul is a soul is a soul... But as a non-vagina person, I could wreck anyone with one. And because I play wearing kid gloves with them, I don't respect them as I do other men. Feminism is saying that I should, but I know better.

Trollpost. I will say, women birth kids. Takes a toll on them. Men don't. More childless women than men are accepting of coupling with a single parent. In fact, it's an old joke about men using kids to pick up girls with the punchline being that women are drawn to his fathering ability. Show me the inverse, men rushing to snatch up single moms. Men produce sperm way after women's cutoff date for their eggs. Even taking into account that the chance, emphasis "CHANCE", for the sperm to result in a…

"We are referring to the average of all men and women." The same women who; -get pregnant. -spend their maternity leave. -are the ones to pick up Jimmy from school when he's sick. And before it comes up; NO, the answer is not to force men to spend a paternity leave. Feminists have themselves to blame for nature not matching up with their "Utopia". We men don't get pregnant, so of course the ball will be in our court. Stop shouting "Unfair!" and asking to change the rules up!

OP, having read your comments in the "Rebellious Phase" post, I want to say that it's just a massive disconnect of perspective. I would argue that you were/are a douchebag going off your entry in that post, however, this is coming from an obedient, laid-back guy. Basically, when you agree with authority or are of a passive/agreeable/obedient personality, rebels are douchebags. Contrarians are MAJOR douchebags. Any individual to challenge their social dynamic is viewed as a douchebag.

I don't remember the source, but I read that between men and women, it was men who admitted and confessed to lies when evidence was brought against them. This was contrasted with women who doubled down on their claims in the face of irrefutable evidence.

/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/17 06:15 PM
5

I've considered this. My conclusion was that it's not the neediness that is endearing, but the ability to express vulnerability openly. I resent the notion that "(a) women shouldn't rely on (a) man/ men to provide for her." Women who express this sentiment reek of jadedness and have very guarded personalities that is unattractive due to how difficult it is for men to connect with them. It's like "Why is she so defensive? I just want to make her happy!" The reason the damsel in distress caught on…

I know OP is an atheist, however; -Religious rights of both parties. -Legal rights of both parties. I'm a Muslim guy, and I'd prefer to be married because if I have a kid I get rights to it that I wouldn't if the woman was my baby mama and not my wife. Also, the grounds in which divorce are supported make it difficult for one to do so haphazardly. For a woman to initiate divorce, she can't just say "Oh, I'm bored of this marriage, or ILYBINILWY." I distrust highly accomplished people, what won't they do to satisfy their ambitions? A woman is worse than a man however, because she has other avenues to succeed in life and yet she chooses to wrangle in the dirt with us men? It feels unnatural and somewhat forced. I did some thinking about this before. I don't respect women the way I respect men. I respect their female qualities; inclination to groom themselves, their nuturing disposition, the courage they face undergoing pregnancy and childbirth. But if I'm to respect her for being a female Jordan, Einstein, or Gates? Not happening. She's still a chick.

I still live in the very conservative Muslim household I was raised. Bio-dad bounced (divorce) when I was born. Also, I was homeschooled.
