| 1 | Tips on how to improve speaking without filler words such as “like, um, you know”I've found that being aware is step 1 - so knowing how many filler words I'm using and in what context I'm using it. And then once I'm aware, I can make more conscious effort to slowdown or pause more. I've been looking for tools to use to help me keep track of this and improve and recently found speechtitan.com.
