I recently learned that the reason the death penalty is so expensive is not because it’s costly to administer. It’s the amount of appeals that need to be exhausted before it can be levied. Court time public defenders administrative BS all adds up and maybe for good reason. It’d be a really bad thing if an innocent person were killed by capital punishment. And oh yeah it’s happened

While you’re specific stat isn’t present on that sheet I still think this is an interesting topic. I had no idea the amount of criminals dropouts suicides etc were that closely correlated with fatherless homes. Also I didn’t even know there were that many fatherless homes in general. It does say that a very large percentage of youths in juvenile detention centers are from fatherless homes and I’m certain that correlated at least very closely with what you said. Start somewhere big that has a good training program as a baseline like a lucrative industry like medical or pharma sales.
