I know it is an off topic point. But i have to disagree most strongly. Consent should never be able to be removed after the fact. This gives rise to the whole "he didn't marry me, RAPE! he wasn't rich, RAPE! I regretted it a week later, RAPE!". In this instance it was poor business choices and fraud. She willingly had sex with the bloke for money. There was nothing illegal going on until he did not pay. It should have been theft/fraud.

A judge already defined fraud/theft as rape. Some dude didn't pay his hooker.. charged with rape. In this case her consent hinged upon the money. When she found out she was not paid she successfully (in the eyes of the court) reneged on her consent and the dude was charged and convivicted of sexual assault.

This is a shitty defense against cheating (it is always wrong) but i told her for over a year that "if you dont take care of these needs, i will find somebody who will". She didnt.. i did. But maybe check in on an aa meeting or some other place where you can see the devestating effects of alcohol.
