This is being downvoted but is the right answer. The only reason you tell is because you can't deal with it and you want to transfer the suffering from yourself to the other person. Cut that shit and suck it up, it's better for the relationship if you wanna stay in it.

For me it just puts me in a great mood, and I'm honestly down to do whatever the fuck I want and still enjoy it.

Can confirm. One of my first girls relied heavily on them. I only made her cum once and kept wondering if there was something wrong with me. Yeah maybe I was pretty lame back then, but my next relationship not too long after that one was a completely different story. Fuck those drugs man

I believe you can become a sociopath, but not a psychopath. There are multiple differences depending on the definition, but the one that I think is the most significant is the presence or lack of a conscience. A sociopath does have a conscience while the psychopath doesn't. I believe I became a sociopath after some traumatic events and TRP. I say this because I can choose whether or not I want to empathize with someone, although I rarely choose to do so.

We've never been close unfortunately, but I'll try to have a man-to-man conversation with him soon. I'm sure I would learn so much from it.

Not exactly a heartbreak but I was going through a rough phase in a LDR. She ended up cheating on me, and I think that made me swallow the pill harder than ever before.

I never realized my dad's wisdom until I went to college and left my single mother's house. She would trash talk him all the time and brainwash me to be a whipped beta (although unintentionally, since she wanted me to pretty much spin plates as a teenager). My dad is RP as fuck. He's got mad game, is influential, has lots of friends and knows powerful people. One thing he'd say all the time (translated) is "No more than 10 times and no longer than 3 months" meaning your plates should be spun and…

Just remember there is no "one". There are many people right for you, so don't become fixated on the idea of finding "one" person

I met a couple last year; I was into the girl and was making advances until I started talking to the dude, who turned out to be awesome. I preferred to make a solid friendship with the dude and ended up visiting them this year. As I did not give the girl any attention at some point she took her top off when we were at the pool. Still no attention so she threw a temper tantrum when we were touring later that day. These people feed from attention for fucks sake.

I think you're extrapolating it or I'm misinterpreting stoicism, but I believe that there's a big difference between accountability and self-blaming. If you're a fat piece of shit and complain about how you can't get laid, most of the time it's because of your own decisions and lack of accountability, not because it's something you absolutely can't control. From my understanding the stoic principle is about understanding that some things are out of your control, and you shouldn't lose your mind …

And what you find once you go in is complete emptiness. A person willing to face his fears is a person with no fears.

If you're being called an asshole before you're dating/plating, you're doing something right. Take it as an indicator that you're not being a beta bitch

I didn't know this was NLP but it's the main focus of "The Like Switch". He calls this "empathic statements" and gives great examples. Great post!

I read a comment that theorized something akin to an evolutionary adaptation. There was a time when invaders attacked villages killing all the men and raping all the women. If women didn't play along and go with the "bad" guys they'd just be raped and killed, but the ones that were attracted to the bad guys had a chance to survive. Just a hypothesis though but an interesting perspective.

Anytime! Make sure you also re-read (re-listen) when you're absolutely free so you can completely internalize it If you liked this audiobook, the narration of "The Subtle Art" is also fantastic if it's on your list.

Looks like someone is in the anger phase or just a psychopath. I can go forever without LTRing a girl, but LTR does not mean turning into a beta. Sometimes you find a girl that will do everything for you that is worth keeping around. She'll literally cook for you, buy you stuff, get you in her social circle and many other countless things. Also LTR does not mean monogamy, I've still fucked other girls while being in a LTR, you just need to make things clear. A girl that sees you as her alpha wil…

I haven't read much about neuroplasticity since my field is more drug-related, but I'll certainly give the paper and the subject a read since it's really interesting. Cheers!
/r/TheRedPill21/05/17 01:11 PM

I have seen this list here before, but I don't mind as long as it helps other people that don't even know they should be looking for new books. I'd also add "The Like Switch", "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck" and of course NMMNG
/r/TheRedPill21/05/17 01:00 PM

Same here! I recommend reading The Like Switch. It's based on Dale Carnegie's theory and provides a great tool set. I've been doing the same and I've noticed how much easier holding a conversation is like this.

I think there's not much research behind down-regulation of dopamine receptors through stimuli, nevertheless receptors can certainly be down-regulated by sequestration of the receptor into an internal membrane to prevent excess cascade signaling (Beta-2 adrenergic receptors, 5HT2a and D2 receptors are all prone to sequestration). Sequestration is certainly a type of down-regulation, so there is still some logic behind the argument. There needs to be more research done to see if things like exces…

I just thought about this and saying something like "You'd probably do great at a staring contest" would be my go to. That or breaking the ice with a simple slow, warm smile and a slow and low pitched "Hey, how's it going?". The point is to not break frame

Honestly if you're done growing, fuck it. As a manlet in college I still have my hopes high I'll have a last growth spurt.
/r/TheRedPill09/04/17 11:31 PM

The weight is water. Glycogen storages are depleted when ketoing, and glycogen stores a lot of water with it. You'll still lose weight later, just not at a fast rate (it'll be mostly fat)

I think that's the only appropriate one. Every other case would be better with "said"

Fiber Grease Pomade. Best stuff I've had, I followed r/pomade advice on this one. Also get the Cricket C30 comb. It's top notch since it doesn't build static so the hair stays put

Get a Kindle. I was on your same boat but for some reason after I got a Kindle and getting a shit ton of books (TPB mainly) I started reading more. It might be because it feels technological or something, but I find it enjoyable now. Find lists of trp books online, not all of them are technical in nature. I'm reading 1984 now and I'm almost half done. Would definitely recommend

I chose to get a circumcision when I turned 18 yo. I had a bad case of phimosis (foreskin couldn't retract) and sex wasn't pleasurable. IMO that's my best decision ever. However, I put emphasis on decision, since I chose to do it, and I really appreciate that my parents didn't choose for me when I was a baby.

No, you're looking at ratios, it doesn't have anything to do with frequency. The 100,000 figure is a mistake by the editors. Think about it, it would be EXTREMELY coincidental if in every country one woman out of 100,000 people committed suicide. Edit: To find the rates check this link https://ourworldindata.org/suicide/

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
