1	What do you think of the blackpiller called Wheat Waffles? Sure it exists because someone created it. Does it mean it’s correct? If you’re okay with a reductionist approach and you feel like you get some benefit from it, without falling into the complacency trap, then by all means be an advocate or disciple of the “rule”.
