I can think that it's overhyped but I'm also 21. Pretty sure I saw that during the worst flu in US, 85k people died , that number was latter reduced to 65k do to the fact that they were counting deaths with flue and deaths due to flue. So that's why numbers are so high due to that.

Actually not really for me, I have a deviated septum so my breathing is normally "harder", but I can't overuse medication for that because it's something recurring (I need a nose job) ,so now that I take those meds I'm breathing better than usual, but couple that with a heat wave, it's just a slight adjustment.

Exactly, I actually opted for the test for antibodies(blood test) instead of the test for C-19(nose/cheek swab), because it's cheaper and faster as I already knew that I had it because of the fever.

We'll this is not the right place for this (check out r/personalfinance) but my personal belief is that real estate although highly profitable is not right for many. And that people are drawn by money rather than actually doing thorough research(which can be a double-edged sword) I have seen hugely profitable deals and real estate portfolios in my family and family friends and it's a hit or miss. Some deals work out and on some, you'll lose money due to unenforceable circumstances.
