would you advise going for your MBA right after undergrad or wait until youre with a company that will pay for it?

Any advice for someone entering their last year of university going into marketing? I don't know too many people actually working in the field so it has been tough to find someone who knows what they're talking about. I am currently trying to find a job for when I finish school, hopefully in an advertising focused role. Any help at all would be huge!

I would do that but then what? I was way too drunk to drive anywhere, and it was 2 in the morning. If she just let me get dressed I wouldn't really have anything to do but leave her in my unoccupied house

First off, thanks for the reply and the advice man. I will not be pursuing the girl I did not hook up with as it is clear now after the last few days that she is looking for a BB to pay for free alcohol and a trip to the mountains. Also, it's reassuring to read this quote. I have not yet contacted the girl I kicked out, but want to make her into a plate. I'm still very early in my RP journey so I'm gonna have to figure out how to make that happen as I am starting to not show outcome independence…

Thanks for the advice brother. Found out today the second girl asked one of my brothers to take her and so he is. Looking at it now, total BB move as its clear she's just trying to have someone pay for a weekend in the mountains. I am unsure what to do about the drinking though. It's very prevalent at my school and its not unusual for me to down around 12-13 standard drinks in a night. The problem I face is what to do at the bars, cause you look like a boner with no drink.

Her friend, the one from the bar who brought her, is definitely already going but she also is in an LTR. My main concern is that they're just trying to go to party for the weekend and I won't get anything out of it besides paying.

For the most part that's what I'm seeing, however not going near an LTR for a while

Should I have instead said that we did? I was thinking that if I said we did she would possibly consider it acquaintance rape. I'm struggling to figure out what would be the RP thing to do in that situation where she was blacked out and couldn't remember.

I agree I probably fucked up with not trying to get past the LMR, I am still a little paranoid about the whole blurred lines of what is considered rape in the kangaroo courts of my University. And in NO way would I ever consider this girl for an LTR even if I wanted one, can't turn a ho into a housewife

I'm having a very difficult time understanding what you are trying to say. I will respond to what it is I think you are saying. You are the only person I have seen express any sort of outrage towards this topic on this post. This story is in no way just a piece on female wrongdoing, it's about how the public will believe an emotional story from a female with little to no proof where as a man would have to prove what he is saying before a publication like Rolling Stone would run a whole story on …

Why are you trying to change the discussion? This post isn't about bankers or whether men or women wreak more havoc on society, it's a discussion about how for 5 months the public assumed these fraternity members gang raped a girl even though it never happened. This happened because of a magazine's failure to even fact check before they put out a story condemning these men, which the University immediately responded to without any sort of investigation.

As soon as they started sleeping in separate beds I lost a lot of respect for Frank. Despite all of his RP tendencies that drew Claire to him he's really starting to act BP towards his marriage. I don't see this quick flash of RP behavior to change her mind in giving up on her at all. She feels like she is half responsible for their success yet isn't getting the respect and power, plus she isn't really getting all he has to offer her.

Personally I would never lie about letters on my own campus as it's just a way to get jumped late at night or get in fights at the bars, plus it's considered a pretty try hard move where I go to school. And I have considered going the clubs/sports route however where the majority of low effort pickups happen are uptown at the bars. I'm not really trying to put a ton of effort into getting these girls to bed, just trying to practice cold approach and start spinning plates. By the way what you sai…

I'm gonna have to give this a try, great way to power flip. The only way I could see this going wrong is that it still might come across as insecure to not immediately say the answer.

These situations mainly occur at the bars which mostly resemble big room clubs, when there's over 200 people in the bar they really DGAF about how they treat anyone they perceive as lower value. Unfortunately we haven't had as many parties since Spring Break which is why I've been cold approaching more at bars. And to my knowledge there's no real notoriety involved with my fraternity, no private/public scandals with drugging/raping/alcohol poisoning

Yeah more of a lets get fucked up and have a great time frat instead of a "daddy's money" frat... That's usually what I do, however the few diamonds in the rough that are hot enough to be in a sorority yet don't care about perceived "tiers" are very tough to find. Owning it sometimes works, but for example last night as soon as I said my letters she walked away without saying a thing. They're obviously shitty people but I'm not really looking for LTR's.

Make up something stupid, preferably about sex and amplify enough while telling her the story for her to know that it's bullshit. Don't ever start showing your cards to women you want to bang
