The one book I found really helpful was "Feeling Good" By Dr. David Burns. It is an older book and it is more on the self help side. I found that book helped me to re-frame a lot of the negative energy and anxiety I was feeling post divorce. It seems like you may be a little further along than me. So, I am happy to hear it. But, that book would be my recommendation if you wanted to do any self-reflection.

I don’t think I would ever get married again. Kudos to those who do. But, for me, once is a enough. I have made peace with my decision and try to stay positive.
