16	How do you get "in state"? Normally to "feel" an emotion, our subconscious goes through a checklist of conditions. Is this girl smiling? Yes Is she being receptive to my advances? Yes Is she the hottest girl in the room? Yes -OK you feel awesome. Know what your conditions are and change either the conditions or the resulting emotion. Am I being myself?
