3	19 YO girl who made up false rape claims has charges raised to felony. Now faces up to 32 years compared to the original 6 months. But the point of prison is that they shouldn't be doing these bad things at the end of it, they shouldn't automatically be classed as bad people. Considering anybody that has done their time and sentence still as bad people is a big problem in the country and it's why many people who've been to prison end up committing crimes again because they can't get jobs because everybody still considers them bad and will never hire them. 2	19 YO girl who made up false rape claims has charges raised to felony. Now faces up to 32 years compared to the original 6 months. Six years isn't a long time, considering how much her victims would have got if a jury believed her lies and they got convicted. Luckily the sentences aren't supposed to be an eye for an eye kinda situation. She's having a large chunk of her life taken away if she does 7 years, it would be ruined quite a lot, and she would have learnt her lesson and never do it again which is one of the main points anyway. I don't like alimony since it's always extreme but something like it should be done in most cases. If you both earn within 50% of each other then no payments should be made. If one earns a lot and the other earns almost nothing then it should be like 40% year 1, then drop by 5% per year until it's 0%.
