Confidence is mastery. More specifically, mastery at something which is relevant to what you are currently doing. If you are a master of reading/talking to people, you are confident talking to everyone. If you are the star of a soccer game, you feel confident talking to everyone at the pitch as well. If you're a magician performing card tricks at a bar and someone is admiring you, you will feel confident. So, literally, get good. At something. And do it. Examples: Card tricks, gym, long-distance…

To be honest this is very anecdotal and usually doesn't happen. Sure, you should make your intentions clear from the get-go, but it takes someone very socially oblivious to pass up on a woman hitting on you several times. I'm sorry for you, though.

It depends on what your goals are. If you want to get better game, the PUA community is good enough. If you want to improve your life, you don't really need a community about life improvement in general. Why don't you join a community around a hobby of yours and share your pain and stories with those guys? For example, I do powerlifting and I hang out on some forums. The bigger the forums, the more likely it is that they discuss other, life-in-general things.

The most important part is grabbing attention. Even if you speak quietly, everyone will listen if they are paying attention. If you're in a discussion when everyone is talking, go like "Hey guys, hey guys, look..." and make yourself seen either with hand movements or posture.

Regularly checked TRP for about a year, and I just recently unsubscribed. Just as they described, there are stages of how it affects you. First, everything starts to fall into place. Then, you get angry. Then you accept the way things are. Then, you become a major playa. TRP gives very good advice at times. But the thing is that this advice is also present in many other communities that are not as hateful. And believe me, TRP, regardless of what they say, are mostly hateful towards women. If you…

I've been in this boat for a long time. A few days ago, I met this chick and we've been texting for a while. All of a sudden, she stops responding for 2 days. I know better, but I feel terrible anxiety. My rational mind knows it doesn't matter at all, but somehow I can't shake the feeling that my success with girls defines my value. Sounds familiar? What I do to overcome it is develop mental resilience. I do shit that makes me feel very, very uncomfortable, but I can laugh at/brag about in the f…

MGTOW, or "Monk Mode", doesn't yield the best results solely because you could also practice hitting on girls in the meantime, which is a skill no amount of value will give you.

Can only recommend the "Fuck/Marry/Kill" game, if you've established some comfort.

The thing most people don't get about "not caring" is that it's not risky at all. What I mean is the idea people have that "if I don't continue this conversation, she will forget about me". In fact, you will have MORE success with girls in general by not caring. Let me show you 2 scenarios. The assumption is the she either likes you or doesn't like you. A: She likes you. If that is true, she will only be put off if you keep spamming her. If you don't spam her, nothing will change. She will keep …

I agree with your overall point, but you must consider something: In the ignorance of one's previous life, the ordering into Betas and Alphas happened 'naturally'. That is, some people effortlessly become Alphas because of their natural abilities (good looks, genetic luck). And while you certainly can change your programming, it only has limited effects. That said, it is still a very good idea to improve yourself.

But you got it backwards- there's no reason you shouldn't be able to score the same chick, or even better ones. One year in a relationship- you should know more about shit tests and signs than most other guys.

That's pretty rare. May I ask why you lost confidence over time?

Shit that actually works: Think of your life as a single player game. Everyone around you is just a very good bot. And you don't give a fuck if bots turn you down in a video game, right? That just means you need to gain more levels, be stronger, more attractive. Then you come back. It's your life. Not hers. Fuck her. "Now if you know what you’re worth, then go out and get what you’re worth! But you gotta be willing to take the hits. And not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be be…

If you've been attractive all your life, you naturally develop more social skills because people like to talk and be around you. That is why better looking men usually have better game. If you've stayed under the radar this whole time and only now try to get into the 'game', you have a lot of catching up to do. There's no way to just 'hop in' and be as good as other PUAs. Approaching is a number's game, period. You need your rejection or conversations to learn how to read signs and become less n…

There is more to this than you might think- a friend of mine literally turned his life upside-down after working a 9-5 office job, unhappily married. He dropped everything and joined the military at 27. When he returned, he fucked around for a year and then got back to his crying wife.

I think you should just go for it. Just like approaching, it might not be perfect the first few times. But with practice you get to know how people react in general. As always in this sub, practice makes perfect.

Show your value. Don't ignore her, but try to give her less attention than she expects. Ask for her number. Set a date.

10/10 post, he probably just sent it to her out of anger and frustration without thinking about the consequences. Seems pretty beta to me.

First, forget about numbers. Forget about success rate. Only remember the times you did well, and try to repeat what worked for you. There's nothing wrong in having bad game if you still lay more chicks than an 'alpha' who doesn't have the balls to approach. If you approach as many girls as you stated, you have balls and most likely confidence. This means that the problem is how you look. Change things up- dress differently. Dress wildly. Take a fucking fur hat to the next bar night out. Perhaps…

This is perhaps the best RP realization you can get. Everyone wants to be as happy as they can be, and everyone uses each other for that purpose.

Laughs are overrated and generally more important on the first date to make her feel more at ease. If you're on the second date, that means she must feel some attraction for you. Perhaps you should try more kino and see how she reacts?

As someone who didn't have to do shit in school and still rack in all A's, I laugh at all the parents who say their kids are better than me if they get the same grades just because they 'worked hard'. Looks and intelligence are a lottery, I happened to win one of them.

I'm not into night game, or slutty 20 year olds riding on the cock carousel. Real women care about these kind of things.

So much this. Her 'they're wrong because this is how I feel' argument is the most hilarious thing I've ever read. She basically confirms TRP without realizing it...

Self-acceptance: I look 16. I am 20. Can't change that. /r/Howtonotgiveafuck. Seriously, don't give a fuck about anything Make the party about you having fun, and the girls are just an extra. Don't just be there for the girls, be there for yourself, with other girls. Otherwise you will be disappointed more often.
