Lawyer up. She is leaving you with the entire process so you might get full custody. Protect your assets and make sure she's the one that's gonna be paying. Save all texts, emails, and conversations you have with her. Take her name off all accounts that you put money into. Take her name off investment accounts. If she gonna get anything let the judge decide and lawyers decide that.

Men Go Their Own Way Pretty much men identifying that relationships are a trap and for our financial safety and mental health they choose to avoid any relationship with women aside from sex or casual relationships. Did a quick google and found a link stating the "FDS is currently PRIVATE in protest of recent actions from reddit Admins. MESSAGE FROM MODERATORS." Unknown how old the link is as I can't view it because it is private now but it does appear that reddit has launched an investigation towards them. Hopefully it'll get shutdown. Never understood how MGTOW was taken down but FDS was allowed to remain.

Child support with that many kids would be like $15 bucks a month per kid. With it that low I doubt a judge would even bother. Unless he makes well beyond 6 figures there wouldn't be a point to make him pay anything.

Majority of the time of all the states I'm aware of alimony has a time limit. Usually it no more then 2-5 years but can be as much as 10. The only time I've seen it go longer is if she was a stay at home mom, then housewife and hadn't had a job for like 30 years or something.

Yeah, most states use a calculator now. It usually equals alimony and child support can't exceed 50% of what he takes home monthly. But if he gets remarried this can lower his alimony payments because he must look after this new person as well. If he has more kids then his payment can be lowered as well because he has more mouths to feed.

Prenups only cover pre marriage assets such as property or cash that stays separate or isn't comeangaled. Like if I have 100k in a savings account. If I get divorced, and that money didn't improve or contribute to our way of life then it's covered and she can't take some of it. Now the second an assest is used to benefit both parties it's far game. Thats why property is slip, both parties used it and are used to having it so it's part of both parties. There show trucks. They have a underground following per say. Mainly used for photo shoots and company advertising. In most states they aren't legal to drive and you need to load them on a trailer to transport them to every show. Also serious question. Can an American mid size truck even fit on UK roads? Yes this is often over looked in divorce. Generally who ever is the higher earner will take on 50% of medical debt. It depends on the state when that takes effect. I live in Kansas and a buddy of mine got divorced last year. Thank god he wasn't married longer then a year because he could have been given 50% of her 100k+ medical debt.

An accident would mean manslaughter. Especially if she has a clean record. Usually 1-3 years depending on the judge. Honestly for a 100% honest accident, like no other reasonable human being would have been able to avoid it I would expect 1 year plus an additional 1-2 years probation.
