I've taken a few of the workshops offered by The Fearless Man and have nothing but good things to say. It's helped me get past my roadblocks in a number of areas, including work / financial. Feel free to message me.

Yes it’s just anxiety. Happened to me too — and a lot of guys actually. Try to relax. Don’t force yourself. Maybe even cuddle through the night and go at it in the morning.

The things that irate her probably have to do with your neediness and you can’t let that go until you let her go and go through a few more dates with other women.

There are a few factors that go into that: Honesty: Men like this say what they mean and mean what they say. Charisma: Lot of resources out there on this. Presence: Ever meet someone and the whole room seems to gravitate to him? That. Learning to be a grounded, confident and open person is the hardest part and takes the most work.

I haven’t seen that video but owning your actions, and even your embarrassment, can be very attractive.

Do 3-5 then take a break and let yourself FEEL all the anxiety, fear, etc so you can let go of it. Don’t try to machine gun your way through it. Rushing through it just to get it done won’t help you process out the fear because rushing will just close you off to feeling the emotions, which are still there. After a while, practice making a connection as you say hi or ask a question. Try to develop that into short conversations.

Where do you live? Maybe someone here will go out with you? Have you tried some of the simpler exercises like saying hello or asking for the time / directions?

I’m a vegetarian and a picky eater. It’s more accepted and understood today than ever before. I never liked dinner as first date and if we do dinner it’s a restaurant I like and have options at. I’m very upfront about my eating habits.

Reread what I just said. Have some confidence in yourself. Stop worrying over what you can’t change.

Your fine. Stop worrying about your looks. If anything it’s how you dress and carry yourself, your inner confidence.

What is “good looking” to you? I can see a few parts: 1 - Hygiene: hair, nails, taking care of your skin 2 - Dress: Your sense of style conveys your personality. I found as my confidence grew I wear more edgy (but professional) styles for example. 3 - Confidence: Or how grounded you are. It’s not a lack of emotion, it’s full access to your emotions and the ability to hold a solid container for yourself and others. That’s why even the ugliest or shortest dudes can be seen with the hot girlfriends…

Learn how to enjoy that silence. If you are grounded and present with her, she will naturally talk about something. I also like the improv idea for learning to small talk.

Many people start this journey with the simply notion of being more successful with women and relationships. Ultimately those who are the most successful under take a journey of self improvement which is far more painful but definitely rewarding.

Go out with the intention of getting 10 rejections. You caught onto the idea already. It helps desensitize you

You are built to be attractive to women. You just need to let go of all the learned behaviors and emotional responses you have and quite literally express your authentic self.

Your confidence is equal to your ability to step into and manage tension, so you'll have to go out and do the things that frighten you. The key is to step just outside your comfort zone until you are comfortable and then take another step. Don't go big right away. Small but consistent steps.

Define success in each of your life - money or career, relationships and health. You need to have an idea Of where you want to go. As for the rest I know ton of guys who have crappy jobs and are very successful with women. Because it's how they make them feel.

You should try finding guys in your area who are working on this area of their life and hangout together and hold each other accountable in person.

Its a common mistake we all make ... if I am able to reach X then I will be happy and when we get to that point, we still feel crappy because we didn't deal with the inner game. Whip cream on shit still sinks. Awesome for you that you achieved a tremendous goal, that is noteworthy and worth celebrating and for the realization. Now you can start going deeper into this.

You seem to have some great realizations already but you may want to add guided journaling to your routine that focus on the feelings of self love.

Try going out with the intent of getting rejected. Only count the approaches where they reject you. If they don't reject you it doesn't count.

Part of it is learning to enjoy the silence. What I infer from your post is that you are worrying about things to say, because you want to be clever, or please, or a number of other "nice guy" like behaviors. When you learn to breathe and just let that stuff go, conversation just happens naturally. At its own pace.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
