Especially nice to paper cut someone against their will? Of course not. But if the parent believes the benefits of circumcision outweigh the negatives then I see no problem with it. As a parent you have no way of knowing if the child will end up wanting his foreskin restored or removed so either way you're making a decision on his behalf. As for your second point and third points: Thank you. This is exactly what I was looking for and not only addresses what I was looking for but also backs up yo…

If that's how broadly mutilation is defined then I'd say mutilation isn't always a horrible thing. A simple paper cut could easily fall under Wikipedia's definition. I don't see how your second point directly addresses my concern. Circumcision or not orgasm isn't likely, true, but my point was that with circumsion premature ejaculations seems less likely. I wouldn't call a simple procedure mutilation, circumcised males aren't exactly in constant pain or have deep disgusting scares from the procedure. In response to the title: you're a fucking idiot, I'm sorry. Just have consensual sober sex and you'll be fine... These fake rape stories aren't terribly common, and are usually when alcohol is involved. If you really don't wanna have sex for this reason then I only pity you.

It seems to me that circumcision reduces sensitivity. As someone who usually lasts only 3-5 minutes in bed this seems like a good thing. What exactly is the standpoint against circumcision again? Is it just not giving the child his own choice?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
