Should've escalated. You have to remember girls like to play the passive roll, she probably was waiting for push to come to shove. I always feel way more pressure on the second date than the first, mostly because I play it safe on the first date with like dinner or coffee. But I took a date once to Dave and Busters and it worked phenomenally well for me, as we had sex that night.
