6	Get comfortable with being uncomfortable Reminds me of that Steve Prefontaine quote, "I'm going to work so hard that it's a pure guts race at the end, and if it is, I am the only one who can win it." Friend of mine in college was on the track team (D1, talented guy) and I was taken aback when he said he had no desire to continue running after school. 46	FR: My first day out daygaming after a year and a half of lethargy It's also the preferred move of a whole host of sketchy characters from charismatic homeless dudes to con men to rappers with mixtapes to people with clipboards looking for signatures. I spend a lot of time on city sidewalks and I wouldn't stop for a handshake unless you were Dwayne Johnson. 0	Woman screams at Reporter to leave because he is a "fucking white male". Isn't it sad that this considered fairly normal now? Depends on where you are. I live in a liberal American city and doubting feminism AT ALL gets you in big trouble fast. Just attempting friendly discussion has led to fights and fallouts with my friends, coworkers, girlfriends, extended family, and parents. Feminist theory is basically gospel.
