1	How awful do I look 1-10? Personally, I think so. However, you don't need to do it all for advancement. Just stick to the easiest things for you. Notice the looks from girls after you enhance a little, then keep adding things. If you do it all at once, your motivation won't hold. Use any new looks from girls as motivation to keep doing more. 1	How do you get rid of negative thoughts? I read a book on hypnosis. It mentioned that the mind will basically follow whatever it reads or hears. You have to consciously say, "No," to yourself to block or interrupt hypnosis. I took a free course on Coursera on Resiliance. It had basically the same message. When you catch a negative thought, you have to tell yourself why it is wrong. Perhaps that is as simple as saying, "That isn't true." As long as you swap out his material for your own (as he mentions to do in the book), test your material, and reuse your good material, it works. The framework works in the sense that when I open, DHV, and neg until she drops her guard, I always get IOIs. That is what the book said would happen. Upon skimming it, the evolutionary psychology is the same, the overall process is simplified, and there is a little more effort on inner game. "The Game," was a book that covers a story of a man who went from dud to stud. Although, "The Game," covers maybe 50% of the material in, "The Mystery Method," if that, it is primarily a story.
