Trust issues, fear of getting your heart broken again, and getting back into dating are the worst parts of being divorced in my opinion.

I'm definitely not getting married again. My first wife and I had a prenup, but no assets anyway. My second wife and I didn't, but we've been fair to each other thus far in the process. I honestly don't care about the assets, I'm just tired of heartbreak.

I'm on my 2nd round of this ringer and I can share my experience. I felt exactly like you during my first divorce, which actually is why I feel a little better this time around. I developed an ability to cope with the fact my wife cheated and left. It's a long process of grief, especially if you were together for a while. The two best things that helped me with my depression, aside from seeing a medical professional, were developing a strong workout routine to expend energy, anger, and depressio…

My advice would be to stick to your plan to work on yourself and let dating come to your senses naturally as you follow the healing process. While every situation is different, trying it when I was going through the situation with my first wife, even though she was already shacking up with other guys, was a hollow and shitty experience. I knew I had immense work I needed to do on myself and dating was not fruitful for me or the opposite party until I met many of my personal goals. I needed to fi…

Fuck it, I'll play devil's advocate on this one. I mean, as long as she actually is 22, she at least has any job, no kids, and hasn't been on the CC for a decade and a half before wanting to settle down. Sure she's probably been clogged quite a few times, but some ugly schlub would probably wife that without any concern to some of the excess baggage you see in other posts on here. She looks like one of those chicks that lacks a lot of self confidence, so she'd assimilate well. Her disinterest in…

Downright fat chicks and single moms are a no, but a little chubby chick doesn't hurt anything.

My ex-wife was rampant with this, including in the final months of our divorce, and as far as I know, she still is. She will eventually realize the CC wasn't worth throwing out someone who actually gave a shit about her.

This was the exact situation for my ex wife and I. Together since teenagers and everything was great for years. Then it randomly Started out that she wanted to experience sex with Chad or whoever, then it destabilized quickly into her straight up cheating and asking for a divorce in the middle of it. It was right as we were approaching 30 and she kept saying she needed more and I couldn't love her the way other men could. I was devoted and deeply in love with that woman. In hindsight, her leavin…

I share the exact same experience my friend. MGTOW really opened the door to a ton of self discovery and growth for me to mature and accept that I don’t need a relationship or woman in my life to find fulfillment or happiness. I relied way too much on validation through my relationship and being focused on being in love, all the while, my ex-wife set the stage to make her exodus. I hope you continue to find happiness and growth through self-discovery and investing in yourself!

Exact same situation in my divorce. I tried for years to get my ex to work on the issues in our relationship, but it never went anywhere. She ended up getting bored, cheating, and leaving. I lifted and have started chadding shit up, all the while, she’s pretty much steering towards a very sharp decline. Thankfully we don’t have kids or anything to keep myself chained to her ever again.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
